Hotel Rosamar Maxim - Adults Only +21 in Lloret de Mar

Just come back from six nights at the Hotel Rosamar Maxim and we were absolutely blown away with it! Brilliant room right on the front overlooking the sea, all the staff were lovely and very helpful... I had emailed the hotel beforehand with a request which they sorted no problem. Special mention for the food, we went half board and the food was amazing, especially the evening meal, lot's to choose from, we usually eat out a couple of times for a change but we didn't bother because it was so nice!! It was our first time at Lloret De Mar and we were very impressed with the resort too, much nicer than we expected.. Will definitely be back A*****

Amazing hotel. Location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast was absolutely fantastic. View was beautiful and room cleaned every day. We could not fault this hotel at all. Myself and husband loved every minute of our stay. Breakfast was very well timed, were we weren’t rushed to be downstairs early and enjoyed a huge selection of good, clean food every morning. The staff also could not do enough for us either. 10/10 from us, we hope to return again. Thank you, Daiva & Charles.

We were accommodated in this hotel 7-14 May 2025. We had a wonderful view, the room is a bit small but it has 2 balconies, one after the other. The first balcony is closed where you could sit if it was too cold, windy or raining, and the second is open so you can enjoy the sun. Comfortable beds, satisfactory cleanliness, fabulous breakfast.

I travelled with my wife and unfortunately missed our transfer at Barcelona airport. We managed to work out the local bus times, which took 3 hours to get there but we went through the center of Barcelona which was beautiful. The hotel was in an excellent location with restaurants either side of the main entrance and a short walk to the lovely narrow street center. We went bed and breakfast, the breakfast was served from 08.00 till 13.00 which was ideal as we had many a late night. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were cleaned every day. We had a great vacation with our friends and are planning a return visit next year.

It was really nice place, friendly staff. Rooms were cleaned daily and everyday we got fresh set of towels. We got slippers, toothbrush with toothpaste (if someone forgot) and tiny body cream as a welcome gift. Room has TV, small refrigerator, electric kettle, (cups, coffee, tea, sugar all included on the table, refilled daily) there is airco and a fan to cool off. On the facility there is solarium, gym, saunas (dry and wet), really small swimming pool but it didn’t matter for us. They have pretty big patio for sunbathing and gorgeous view for sea! We had option with breakfast and we were not dissapointed, full english breakfast, fresh juice, veggies, jams with no sugar and gluten free bread. Wine and champagne (!) There was booklet with fun activities in other hotels from the same company (we didn’t chcecked them) We rented beach towels and had fun. Only issue is the restaurants under that closes at 23:00, at this time you can hear the staff moving tables and chairs. In the morning they open after 8:00. Around 6 in the morning a tractor is cleaning the beach and it takes usually an hour, but when the balcony door is closed it’s not so troubling. We had room on the first floor so we heard everything clearly, but for us it’s not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay.

Checked into the hotel around 11am and was met by a very helpful gentleman at reception. He explained that the room would not be ready until 2pm but we could use the luggage room until then for our cases. Came back and used the lift to our room on the 4th floor. Room was very clean and comfortable and a great view over the beach with aircon to cool room. Tea and coffee facilities and the usual tv in the bedroom and a good size bathroom with shower, shower soaps and hair shampoo included and a hairdryer next to the sink. Clean towels in the bathroom which were changed daily as well as beds made and i think sheets changed daily. We went for evening meal at the neighboring hotel which is 2 minutes away. If you are in any doubt about doing half board then just go for it. Meals were excellent, help yourself style with loads of choice, found it difficult to choose and to keep portions size down as the puddings were amazing. Wine was only 9.50 a bottle and the drink waiters were superb along with the waiting staff. Breakfast was back at the Maxim and is served 8am till 1pm so everyday we went out for a walk and came back for 11am. Breakfast was good, if not over hot at that time, but selection was great and loads of coffee. I only have one fault and that is with the sunbeds, there were no sun shades and most of the time we were the only ones there because of this. I bought a cheap sun ambarella from one of the shops so we could get our heads in the shade from the sunshine otherwise it would not have been bearable. The other issue is the small plunge pool is on another level and not easily accessible from the sun deck. You have to go back through the hotel and up to the 5th floor through the gym room. I used the outside shower to cool myself down every few minutes. Please please can the hotel sort out the sun umbrella's, 5 or 6 would make it great. Sun beds on the beach are 8 euro each plus 8 euro for sun ambarella. Fantastic to be 20 meters from the beach to swim early or even late in the day. Overall great place, great staff quiet and comfortable hotel. Hope to be back soon.

Excellent position and closest hotel to beach in the resort. Commanding views, helpful staff, both Carmen and Daniele were always helpful smiling and ensuring all guests were happy. Breakfast was very good with good choice for vegans. Dinner Buffett style in the sister hotel was also good for the cost. Gym spa area can do with a filter water tap for guests. Pool is just for plunging not swimming, steam and sauna was always hot. Room cleaning was a disappointment, floor was always gritty, and replacements of shower and soaps were not supplied same as the tea and coffee, we had to ask in the corridor for replacements. Waking up early having a morning drink by the beach is priceless and worth the stay, especially coming back from an hours walk to sit and have breakfast with Friends choice of up to to 1pm is amazing. Now not many hotels offer this.

Great spot to avoid the busy area (aka French Magaluf). Breakfast and dinner are ok, but don't expect much. Must book with sea view & parking! Beware the safe can only be used at an abusive price though (5€ per day).
