Clean rooms with daily housekeeping and fresh towels mentioned repeatedly. Friendly and helpful staff, including specific praise for reception and restaurant personnel. Good value for money considering the pricing and location. Quiet pool area with ample sunbeds and regular cleaning. Balconies generally spacious with some offering sea views. Hotel is located on a hill with a challenging approach involving 50+ steps, which is inconvenient for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Rooms and furnishings are outdated and basic; some guests report issues with air conditioning and maintenance. Entertainment is limited and mainly targeted at older Spanish guests, which may not appeal to younger or international travelers. Food quality is inconsistent; some guests describe meals as mediocre or poorly cooked, especially on all-inclusive plans. The coach does not drop guests directly at the hotel entrance, requiring a walk up steep steps from a supermarket drop-off point.

Was quite worried after reading the reviews but actually it was fine,we were dropped off by the transfer at the bottom of 53 steps to drag our luggage up which was not great but the hotel staff were pleasant and the lady who cleaned our room 316 was very nice and kept the room tidy with fresh towels every day. Pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds. We were B&B and plenty of choice for breakfast and kept well replenished. Was mainly Spanish guests. Overall what you would expect for a budget friendly hotel..no complaints except the pick and drop off .

YES! Nice people, good value for money, clean, Everything was great: food and drinks, pool, entertainment, especially the TEAM! We enjoyed a week-long vacation in Benidorm, SPAIN, Costa Blanca area. Having a family anniversary, we were convinced by our travel agent to choose Hotel CABANA, one of BALI GROUP hotels, one of the reasons was "You will meet nice people there". It was a good choice. I have to mention few names, special people, very professional, nice and helpful, without whom our vacation would not have been ok: Francisco, (probably) the best Hotel Manager I have met, Victoria and Alex at Reception, and Adrian in the restaurant. We thank them and carry them in our hearts! Bar was great, pool it was ok, not crowded, daily cleaning, evening entertainment, especialy for senior guests, we had a nice view from balcony at 10th floor. The services are ok, for the price we paid we were satisfied. The location is 10-15 minutes from beach by foot, lot of shops and bars on the way. The transfer from the airport takes about an hour; Thank you for everything!

Well i have to say on reading the last review I was worried !! I am here now with my friend we are both in our 60's and english we have a room on the 11th floor. The room is basic but clean. Big balcony nice sea view. Reception staff are lovely and friendly. Pool area is OK. Yes there are children playing it is summer holidays . Breakfast is plentiful. Only a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this budget friendly hotel.

As first-time visitors to Benidorm, this was the perfect choice for our mini break. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the main resort, yet within easy walking distance of everything Benidorm has to offer. It struck a great balance between convenience and a more relaxed atmosphere.

If I could give it a no star I would.Where do I start? We got dropped off at a supermarket below the hotel and I kid you not we had to climb 53 steps to the reception. We tried to check in but has problems straight away, our two rooms weren't next to each like we requested but they were full, not a good start to the holiday. We went half board but was told we were bed and breakfast so we missed out on some meals(still fighting that at the minute). We had to eat out a few times when we were refused a meal, disgusting treatment and embarrassing. The rooms were basic nothing to write home about but you only sleep on them. Not much entertainment in the hotel so went to the benidorm strip most of the holiday, and the hotel was nearly an hour walk from the strip cost us a fortune in taxis. The hotel staff were rude and unfriendly and they aren't dealing with my complaints very well back home. The pool was ok apart from been overrun with a football team a few times so couldn't get in the pool.We all got bitten by the bed sheets and in our room the air con unit started spitting out water so ended up turning it off.All in all a very disappointing holiday too far from all the bars etc nothing going for it unless you are Spanish or elderly.

I really liked this hotel it was great value for money. The breakfast was great WiFi and air-conditioning was fantastic. This hotel was extremely clean with lovely friendly staff. The bar was great value.Hotel is Close to the old town. I will definitely go back to Benidorm and stay at hotel cabana again.

Having stayed at the Cabana several times now, I can find little fault. The location is good. The rooms would benefit from updating but are large with ample storage. The balconies are of a very generous size and private. They would however, benefit from improved furniture. There is a very high standard of cleanliness throughout. Staff are caring and professional especially in the dining room. The Cabana is a 3 star hotel and the majority of guests are Spanish - is this unreasonable? If you wish to stay in a hotel full of rowdy Brits go elsewhere in the town. Food is of a reasonable standard and I have never left the dining room hungry. Having stayed in many hotels in Benidorm - one in particular that generates outstanding reviews (this was not my experience) - I would opt for the Cabana every time.

Ermmm how do I be polite! It's ok I suppose It's clean and the staff are friendly, the rooms are basic and the food is ok. However, this is not a hotel for young groups or families as it's a Spanish retirement hotel. The locals are rude and stare at you as though you are invading their turf. The coach drops you down near the supermarket and unless you have done some leg days at the gym then it's a struggle of a walk to the hotel with cases. It's about a 20 min walk to the old town using the steps near the hotel which by day 6 gave me calves the size of a bodybuilder. We didn't really eat at the hotel after the first day as the locals didn't seem to like us in there and to be honest it felt very uncomfortable. The absolute worst bit was the digging going on right opposite the hotel which was horrendous! It started at 8am and you can hear it vibrating through the hotel. We were at the back of the hotel and it was awful so hod knows what it was like for those at the front! We weren't able to use the all inclusive as you couldn't sit by the pool and relax for the noise I can't upload the video for people to appreciate how bad it was daily. We have complained to the holiday company as people should be told this is going on right next door. Like I said it's clean, basic and staff are friendly but not a place I'd stay again

Where do we start with this? Hotel needs knocking down and rebuilding. Maintenance of hotel is shocking. Lifts old. Place has a weird smell to it. Entertainment, Spanish only?? Staff knew basic things. Steep steps food was terrible. Couldn’t wait to go home!!

Hey mate! 🙋‍♂️ Just wanted to drop you a note about our recent stay at this hotel... Honestly, from the minute we checked in, the staff couldn't have been more wonderful!💁‍♂️ They've been truly helpful - top to bottom. That lad, 'Danny boy' at the bar? He's a proper friendly bloke, outgoing too. Sort of fella you'd love to grab a pint with, you know? 🍻

There's also this small, bald chap in the dining room, another diamond! He's got the service down to a T.👌 Our first room though, mate, wasn't quite up to snuff. But guess what, they moved us the next day - no fuss at all! 🛏️

The food, I tell ya, is absolutely lovely. 😋 The entertainment, as you'd expect, let's it down somewhat. More for the older lot really, kind of like being at a funeral. 🎩

But hey, we've gone all inclusive, so all our meals, drinks, everything is sorted between 10 AM and 11 PM. 🍽️🥂 Bit of a heads up though, the hike to the hotel is a bit of a mission - loads of stairs. So you'd want to be prepared for that if you plan on staying here.🧗‍♂️

This hotel, if you asked me, is more of a 2 to 3-star affair but it's decent for what we paid - and would I stop over again? Absolutely, mate. The staff are a gem, the hotel is sparkling clean, and the room's cleaned daily. 🧹🛁 All the staff are real friendly and it's a place I'd readily recommend. 👍

Catch you later, mate! 🙋‍♂️ room 801 us super
