Best Hotels in Benidorm

First impressions were very good. Bar, lobby and bedroom all very clean and comfortable. Half hour walk at least to new town but lots of places round the hotel to walk to

We stayed for 5 nights and the hotel was lovely, staff were pleasant and it was a good stay. The beds were really comfortable and the room spacious

We spent a wonderful week at the hotel. The staff was nice, everyone was helpful. The food was delicious, the fruits were always fresh. We had a lot of drinks(fruit juice. The hotel was quiet at night, we had a good rest

We booked half board, and honestly it wasn’t worth the extra money, especially for myself. Breakfast was okay, and dinner was really not good for me being a vegetarian

We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and found the food and drinks offer was good. Staff at the Olympus were all very professional and friendly. There was entertainment in the evenings which was lively

The only gripI had was it could’ve been hotter but I also have worked in a kitchen myself so I know that if you turn the lights up on the hot food stations it’s all gonna dry out andit won’t be as lovely there’s something for everybody nobody is going to starve being the end of November most of the people that was there were Spanish however they were all lovely very very kind and welcoming

We were not staying at the hotel on this visit as like to have a change every now and then but have stayed several times previously the last time being in November 25 for Fiesta

We stayed bed and breakfast, my parents, who were also there with us, went everyday for breakfast and were very happy with it, I only went once, but it was very nice. Absolutely no complaints with anything at all

Lovely hotel with staff so friendly our room was on the 17th floor lovely view and really comfortable beds with a huge bathroom

The restaurant food here is really good with nice restaurant staff also the bar staff are so helpful and efficient i would also like to thank the reception staff always there willing to help the whole hotel is really clean well done to all the cleaners

We popped in a couple of times on this trip to have a drink in the bar and maybe see some of the staff we knew

We didn't stay in for the evening entertainment, but when we walked past it on the way to the elevators it always seemed to be well attended with couple dancing to various live performers

Good location, reasonable prices, varied selection of dishes, excellent housekeeping. The presence of the kettle. Paid safe 4 star hotel is strange.

Great Hotel, Professional and Friendly Staff. food was to a good standard and varied buffet style. Just off the main Poinente Beach close to the Old Town Centre. lots of local Bars and Restaurants

This is one of the best hotels my husband and I have been to, everything from food to staff, very pleasant staff and very helpful helping us to let us know ways to get into Benidorm from the hotel, Isobel (housekeeping) was so nice and always looked after us and she was always smiling, this hotel is about a 20 min walk into Benidorm from the other side of old Benidorm there are buses also to take you...

spotless , food amazing , staff very helpful and friendly, location is perfect especially the sea view rooms !! Situated on the front of poiente beach in Benidorm, loads of cafes , bars in both directions

Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff are lovely and friendly. We've stayed in quite a few hotels in benidorm, but this is by far the best one yet for us. Location is fantastic along the old town

My wife and I enjoyed a week on full board at the Rh Corona Del Mar in February with TUI. We had a room on floor 6 at the rear of the hotel - nice and quiet. A well appointed room and kept immaculately clean daily

Staff were good enough to accommodate an early breakfast on a day we wanted to go out early & this was much appreciated

Recently refurbished and very clean. Nice pool area and dining room set out well for buffet style service. Dinner was reasonably priced and good selection but a little cold

Looks to have been upgraded recently. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts are simple but a very good selection of what you would expect. Limited selection of breads and cheeses etc, but very good

Excellent 3 star hotel I am only 6 days into my stay and the beds have been changed twice the hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice the hotel is right in the old town so you don’t get a sea view just buildings but that’s ok the food is good overall a lovely hotel I would definitely come back and look forward to my 4 days left here so Lovely hotel lovely staff thank you

Supper friendly staff, actually terrific and hospitable staff! I will definitely say that I take my hat off to all Spaniards for understanding English because I really struggle to understand Spanish - the staff taught me the words in Spanish for microwave and macaroni cheese and was happy to show me where the microwave was to heat up my son's macaroni cheese

We have just returned from a short break at the Brasil and what a great small hotel this is. A good location just off the old town area and a short walk down to the beaches Rooms are very clean and fresh

The food is pretty good with lots of variety, loads of veggie choices and a fairly quiet dining hall. Generally people seem quite respectful. The staff are excellent without a shadow of doubt

Both the old town and sea front are a very short walk away. I would advise to upgrade to get a balcony with city view. Pool looks good but weather wasn’t the best for us so not used

Great choices for meals in the dining room and excellent prices on drinks both whilst in the dining room and the bar. Very good location on the edge of the old town

Our room was spacious, teas and kettle provided (bring your own tea bags) large shower, shower wash and soap provided, Reception speaker good English and are always happy to help

Excellent choice of food on the buffets, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner, salads, cold meat and cheese. Hot food choices included show cooking

It's a great location, very central, close to the beach and old town - literally minutes! Not what I would call a 'party hotel' instead one where you will be well fed, sleep well and if you are after the nightlife it's really on your doorstep

Tired and dated, but will be refurbished in the new year. Only one plug socket in the bedroom, so best to take an adapter for mobiles etc. Nearby activitiesOn a main street, so lots of shops to wander into

The hotel is located close to the old town [full of character] and not far from the superb sandy beaches

Nice hotel in the old town 5 minutes from the beach, the rooms are very clean with toiletries provided the pool area is clean , and the staff are very friendly I am full board but you can do all food options l am here at the minute eating lunch the food is very good with enough options to suit anyone I'm in room 111 on the first floor facing the pool

Second the food is great, varied with a good choice menu that never fails to deliver and the staff are so friendly, also they are all the same staff as last year which to me means they are happy working there

This is our second 4 week visit to the Port Vista Oro, returning for a few reasons. Jason who is the organiser is absolutely fantastic at his job. Very friendly to all the prople who join in his games and activities

All the staff were very pleasant and gave service with a real smile! We stayed for 5 nights in February, but I would imagine the outdoor seating area would be busy in summer months

Location perfect sea views 1 min to beach. Best part of Benidorm for cheap quality drinks and food. Marconi rooftop small pool shaded area. not ideal for limited mobility. All other areas of hotel fully accessible

Great place to stay. Quit area. Just finished modernising dining area this week. Very classy. Very clean hotel with rooms cleaned daily. Staff very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again

Excellent value, we paid a premium for a sea view room and was treated to one of the best views in Benidorm. We chose the half board option and the food at both breakfast and dinner was good and plentiful

It was a great value for the price on last moment booking. The promenade is few meters away and located in a quiet area, so we had a good sleep.

Great stay att a nice hotel in a wonderful location. The Marconi offers a bit of a familiar feeling and really good breakfast. A few meters from the beach and everything else just a couple of steps away

The staff is friendly and they helped us in finding the absolutely best pastry we've ever tasted

We had bed & breakfast, again the breakfast area had the great view and a nice ambience, a good choice of food and the service was excellent. Overall the hotel offers fantastic value for money

The rooms were absolutely fabulous very spacious and comfortably fitted with three beds that were a generous size, a step up from your standard singles

It was genuinely one of the best I've ever used so powerful it could literally take your breath away! To top it all off, the views from the hotel were simply amazing and added a real wow factor to the whole experience

This hotel deserves more than 3*. Great location with views across Benidorm. Rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and the shower was really good plus nice fluffy towels

Guests were extremely friendly & enjoyed great company night & day. Calm atmosphere wheather around pool area, restaurant or seating areas. On edge of old town so 15min stroll to strip or 5min in to town

We are Just home from 11 nights at this fantastic hotel one of the very best in Benidorm in our oppinion. Food excellent in a very relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant

A great choice of drinks on offer. If you’re staying all-inc through a package holiday, you’ll likely be “blue”, which gives you a good selection of wine, beer and other drinks

A great walk in shower in the bathroom. It felt like the sound proofing had also been significantly improved. Food quality and quantity was always good

Not far from the main beach and old town. Quiet for those not wanting the noise. Pool area lovely, food excellent. Most guests return every year. Activities most days , evening shows were variable in standard

Just home after another wonderful stay at the Riviera Beach. this Hotel just keeps on getting better !! We were nervous around visiting for St Patricks Day. Yes the Hotel and terrace were busy

Wow what a place check in lady was amazing room spotless and great shower , towels changed and bedding every day if wanted

All in all we had another wonderful stay in the Riviera and hopefully we'll make it back again in September

Very nice hotel perfect for me and my partner AC was very nice and cool worked well food was delicious and staff were always helpful. In a great location not far from old town and local amenities such as shops.

Hi, We stayed here for 2 weeks, the place is spotless, very friendly and trustworthy staff, Great location, right next to outdoor market, deposit is put on hold until room is checked for breakages, Great A/C, comfy enough, miss it already

Perfect for stags n hen do's. Definitely not for kids. Can be rowdy with drinkers but great atmosphere and friendly people. Wouldn't call it up market but definitely worth the money

Hard to get to since the turn to the property is located in a dead end road with no lighting. There were no signs to tell me the hotel entrance either. Had to call front desk to get over the phone directions

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, and that includes four star and above. Modern, relaxed and friendly, the staff went out of their way to help us when we were let down by another hotel

Clean spacious room. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Parking off site is available for a charge. Able to unload the car outside the hotel was an advantage as the car park was too far away. Close to the old town.

We regularly visit this hotel and on every occasion, our stay has been consistently excellent and the best value for money. We have a Cockapoo dog who is also made to feel welcome with a bed, bowls and a small treat

Second time staying at this hotel and for the money you pay its excellent !! Its not 4* but nether is the price!!!! Tamara on reception was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel welcomed

The view is spectacular and in all honesty is worth staying here for. The other reason is the beds. the best nights sleep ever and black out curtains just an added bonus

The hotel is certainly outdated, requires a modern renovation, food was served three times a day, in principle is very good, quite diverse, a lot of fruits, the rooms are clean, towels are white, very friendly staff, always happy to help, especially liked the waiters in the restaurant

The shower room needs updating. The shower is from the hot water taps and cold water taps. Then having to reach to put the shower on the wall not good when you are over 70yts old. The other complaint is the breakfast

The stay was great...the room was large and clean and the food was very good...then there was a pub with live music...and by the way...the girl who performed sang very well

The only item that was hot was the egg because we had to wait for it to be fried

Hotel is in a great location - 5 mins walk from Old Town, 10-15 minutes from New Town and a couple of minutes from the beach. Some people may find the music from nearby bars distracting, but we weren't bothered by it

Ignore the bad reviews – we had an amazing time! A group of 26 of us just checked out and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. Yes, the rooms are basic – but what do you expect? It’s exactly what you need for a stag do

We arrived late on New Year’s Eve and the man on the front desk was spot on and very helpful. The room did have odd marks on the walls, but it was clean. I would recommend this place and would stop again.

Come to this hotel with two of my mates, shared an apartment. It was basic but nice, everything worked and was clean. We all found the beds adequately comfortable. The air conditioning was fab aswell

Really nice staff at the hotel, boss man on the bar can't do enough for you. Be warned he will try and sell you John Smith's, bought 74 as a trial in April and still had 4 left in August 25. 😄

For how little we paid for the place, it suited us very well. The staff were amazing and attentive, and very helpful. The pool and surrounding areas were well kept and we enjoyed lazing by it

Had a fantastic evening meal in this restaurant, food quality and service were excellent, surprisingly on a Saturday night in November we appeared to be the only dining guests, the service was like private dining, with a beautiful view of the sea/sunset, thank you very much

A lovely sea front hotel. What we enjoyed most are: The friendly helpful staff. The smart decor and cleanliness. And the whole atmosphere of the hotel made our holiday very enjoyable.

Restaurant with tasty food and much variety each day and through out the week. The terrace "La Terraza" is a pleasant space with good beverages in an amazing location. Cons: The drinks are not included, not even water

This hotel is excellent you cannot fault it! Professional well dressed staff fab rooms which are large overlooking the sea large balcony spotless clean rooms and quiet this was our second stay we were on 19th floor food is excellent great entertainment at weekends wish we had stayed longer we will book again !

We visited the hotel as a family of 4, with our young children aged 3 and 6. We met up with wider family at the hotel. Most of the staff do have good English but also helped us when we used our very little Spanish

30pm which was very late for our children. We managed to make it work but it wasn’t ideal. The evening entertainment was mainly Spanish but we didn’t attend that, but good to know if that’s what you want to join in with

Outside there is a pool,with a slide, baby splash pool and two bubble tubs to relax in. Excellent bar service to your tables. 5 minute walk to shops bars and the beach. Bus stops directly outside , which is a bonus

rooms are spacious with two double beds. Bedding and towels changed everyday. The bathrooms have been refurbished great walk in shower and water pressure is fabulous

My only reservation is that the pool was open to the road so there wasn’t anything to stop people from wandering in or the children from wandering out. This is why I have given it 4 stars

The only two things that wasn't any good, the WiFi was rubbish and the BBC channel on the TV kept freezing

What can I say about this 3 star hotel. The location is beach front right opposite steps to poniente beach. Opposite is a children's play area and a bus stop. Right near all the bars restaurants and shops of the old town

The shower is incredible, the water pressure is so strong its like having a massage each time you took a shower. All Immaculately clean I must say. Rooms are serviced daily with fresh linen and towels if you require

Maid service every day with fresh towels. The roof top terrace is a great facility its open all day for sunbathing although only 3 comfortable deck chairs the other chairs just normal hard chairs

the bar here opens at 4:30 with a wide range of beers and cocktails. Breakfast is served between 8 and 10:30 with a wide range to suit all. The lounge was a nice size but very load and very busy

First week open but looking great staff friendly helpful probably best food for price of hotel and as for looks refurbed rooms are modern and functional communal areas great too . would definitely come back .

Could do with cups in the room to make a tea or coffee, other than that excellent stay over will be looking to booking again with them

hotel Cuco, Us 3 oldy men from the Highlands of Scotland are just back, The laughter, banter in hotel was fantastic, Events girl, to bar staff and in dinning room for food, These staff are a total credit to the hotel

A lovely hotel in the old town a short walk from the beach, the staff are fantastic, polite, happy & helpful. The restaurant was very good with a great range of food, again the staff here were lovely

nice and quiet at this time of year, Pool was freezing, weather was great and we got around Benidorm easy. All inclusive was just great, drank so many beers, cocktails, food

Lovely hotel situated not far from the beach in the old Town ! Food very nice very clean and lovely helpful friendly staff ! Very much cater for the Spanish entertainment wise no wild karaoke/bingo nights but you can go down the strip if that’s what you want ! Definitely stay there again

The 6th floor has a lovely, safe swimming pool area, great views across the town and lots of tables/chairs and loungers. Our room was large with a very large balcony, with a table and chairs and a couple of loungers

Great location, pretty much next to the old town and less than 10 minutes to the beach front. Contemporary feel to the hotel. Didn't eat there, but had a few drinks, that were cheap for hotel prices.

The food was fantastic, we had 3 meals, and really, so much choises for eating, salads, meats, fishes, vegetables, fruits, cakes, creams, I recommend this hotel because is on fantastic location, too

We stayed for 9 nights on a bed only basis and loved it. This is a mainly Spanish hotel, 6 floors only, near the old town
