Best Hotels in Benidorm

Just returned from a 3 week stay in this very Spanish Hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. The staff are great the food was good. The rooms are adequate and well heated

Basic hotel but not basic price for one night stay staff good reception and in the dining room , breakfast ok nothing special to be honest, bedroom very clean buy sadly no iron a little prehistoric for an hotel in this day and age when in most hotels in Benidorm its standard, especially for an expensive one night stay

The staff were friendly and efficient on arrival and I ditched my bag and made my way to meet friends but Uncle Peds was on my way and I promised myself that I wouldn't get way laid

The hotel is hemmed in, up the hill from more or less the Red Lion (1 mile) The hotel is a little dated but extremely clean

I paid €77 for a room (Travelling alone) Including breakfast which I thought was very reasonable

Nice hotel for a trip to Benidorm

Both accommodations were situated at the back of the hotel, offering views of the Town Hall and its surrounding green space, but on the other side of a main road and the back working area and concrete car park of our hotel, was less visually appealing compared to the front views that overlooked the pool and outdoor lounge area

Initially, I found a couple of suitable meals, which gave me hope for the options; however, by the end of the week, my choices were mostly limited to side dishes and cheese, making it challenging to find adequate meals without negotiating for special requests

The hotel provided daily entertainment led by an energetic host named Paula, and we enjoyed a variety of evening performances throughout our stay. As a vegetarian, I noted that the food options could be improved

I was surprised by the poor fit of our room door, but since we were located at the end of the corridor, it did not cause significant disturbances. I would also advise caution regarding the glass room dividers

I suggested implementing a labeling system to mark suitable dishes with a 'V' for vegetarian or 'VG' for vegan, which seemed to be well-received, but unfortunately, this change was not made during our stay

However, my wife’s grandmother experienced an unfortunate incident with a kitchen staff member, who expressed displeasure when she seemingly placed a serving utensil in the wrong location

My only niggle was the pool bar staff were sooooo slow it took ages to get a drink but you know what good on them for not running around like headless chicks they were so relaxed ! Would 100% stay here again

This beautifully appointed hotel glimmers next to the Beach. Great location on Levante Beach. Easy access to the entire resort of benidorm

Food was good, Christmas buffet was very good, lots of traditional Spanish and European dishes, huge amounts of prawn and meat dishes with a chocolate fountain too! Singer was very good at the buffet as was the other entertainment

Outstanding room with fabulous views onto that private deck with loungers and heated pool. Full bathroom with a double sink. It's all about the outside space😊. The restaurant is well lit and appointed

Booked a couple of rooms here for family for Christmas. Popped in earlier in the year to speak to staff and found them very helpful. Rooms were large and great views over the beach

When myself abd my husband arrived We were made to feel very welcome, a nice touch for my husbands birthday the hotel had a bottle of bubbles awaiting on our arrival with a little bowl of sweets , the room was always cleaned to high standards, the only downside was paper cups for coffee in our room

From a bright smiling super helpful Karim as soon as you arrive to the best restaurant manager Raul the fabulous Nicky who will help you with anything and everything and wonderful Roxana at the bar

Another great trip to this brilliant hotel. The facilities are amazing but the best thing is the staff

We stayed for a week over Xmas, the staff were lovely especially the entertainment staff. The entertainment it's self was very good

very good place ,beach near and all shops and restaurants. Conditioner in room and per general very good room

Breakfast was okey ,I personally just missed more fresh vegetables like (tomatoes -which was there but not best quality. And cucumbers which never was there (again not a big deal) Bare in mind is closing at 10:30 4

The dining area was large and very clean with the staff clearing the tables as soon as guests left. They were also very welcoming and polite. I would definitely book this hotel again

I can't express enough how lovely the staff was, perfect location and very clean

The receptionist was amazing I can't thank him enough his name was Jefe and what a super star he helped me soo much I need to go back and give him a gift, he should get a raise with everything he does

The location is excellent : very central, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay

Everyone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful, always with a smile and genuinely focused on making guests feel welcome. Overall, an excellent hotel with great value for money

Breakfast was another highlight. A very good and varied selection, fresh products, and well organised even during busier moments. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff

stunning hotel,great staff,wonderful selection of world meals,very clean,adults only,swimming pool,beach front hotel,we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend sol costa blanca,we usually stay at Hilton hotels when we can,but this hotel is right up there with hilton

This is our second time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come back again. Staff are friendly and the property well maintained. All the amenities are very close by

The hotel is located right on the beach at walkable distance to restaurants, shopping and the historic town center.

All the staff I came in to contact with were very polite and helpful and looked as though they enjoyed there job Excellent location in-between the new and old town I was on full board plus and only cost a few euros more so worth the money if on a budget however the food wasn't good at all and definitely needs improvement as lacked taste and also variety Stayed here a few years ago but had alot better...

Too cold to use the po,ol but the pool area looked lovely Definitely my "go to" hotel if visiting Benidorm, as it offers excellent value for money. Staff were all cheerful, friendly and helpful

Went there with my parner for a few years before he passed away always had a good time. the room was clean And staff frendly

The negatives are meal time (evening) was like a stampede no queuing in an orderly manner people just pushing in not a big choice of hot food (well cold food really) meals not described in English, entertainment not geared for the English and finally not very good if you have mobility issues as the ramp to the hotel is very steep

Just came back from a weeks stay, Room was ok ,clean but noisey,location was ok for us but not good if you're older,Food was disappointing, if you like pizza chips and fish your be ok but nothing seemed to go with anything pasta but nothing to put on it, if you like boiled spuds your be ok

The hotel room was immaculate and I was upgraded to a much bigger room with a massive balcony, which was thoughtful of the hotel. Breakfast was incredibly busy, so my advice would be to go as soon as they start serving

Not least the homely evening entertainment. Meals were excellent and varied. Most definitely the dinner selection. Elected for the all inclusive option. Apart from when on day trip; were happy to return for lunch

I’m just back from two nights at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. I had one of the apartments on the 9th floor of the separate block. It was well equipped and spacious. I just ate breakfast which was ok

The hot food could have been a lot better but it was still possible to find enough to do. It seemed to be quite popular with older Spanish tourists. The location was excellent, just a five minute walk to the beach

Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments

Situated a few rows back from the sea front it is in a good position, not too rowdy but there was some noise at night from the bars opposite

Most of the hotel was full of Spanish pensioners receiving their 2 weeks all inclusive holiday they have with their Spanish sate pension, and it was great to them all dancing in the evenings

Affordable prices, it should be your number 1 choice if you're planning to stay in Valencia area

Everything was perfect. Very friendly and attentive to the guests' needs.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and it's conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the nearest supermarket! If you enjoy a quiet Spanish vacation, this hotel would be perfect for a couple's weekend getaway! A special mention goes to the incredibly helpful reception staff who speak excellent English! I also highly recommend the spa at this five-star...

Great, secure car park for a small charge. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with fresh hot and cold food being brought out continually and an omelette station serving omelettes of your choice

We had complimentary spa access, the spa is beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly, in fact every staff member we dealt with throughout the hotel was helpful and friendly

Breakfast could be so good, unfortunately the bacon, eggs, sausages (poor quality) hash browns, beans scrambled egg, omelette and mushrooms etc were all cold

The hotel is located in a quieter area just outside Benidorm but just a short 15 minute walk to the seafront. We stayed in the new building in a studio apartment

Our serviced apartment was clean, luxurious and well equipped, great selection of teas and coffees, modern and quiet

Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too

Yet another good stay at the Servigroup Castilla. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the reception staff were always helpful and welcoming

This was our second visit to the hotel Castilla and it didn't disappoint from the moment we walked into reception all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful all areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean and the food was of a good standard with a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, the hotel is in a quiet area of benidorm but only a few minutes walk to the clubs & bars and less than 10 minutes...

This hotel is a short walk to virtually anywhere you want to be. Bars are not too close which is great for a good night's sleep. Plenty of options for bars nearby

And the old town is approximately a 20 minute none strenuous walk away. Plenty of sun loungers to top up your tan top

Very good hotel well situated for everything that one would require, great staff & very helpful reception, comfortable rooms & exceptional cleaning staff & all this at a competitive price, would highly recommend.

I also want to highlight the breakfast team, especially the woman making the omelets. She was wonderful and the omelets were delicious! The breakfast service overall was excellent

This is a fantastic hotel, in a great location, staff are excellent, food is good to meet every dietary need. All public areas are light and airy

I had a fantastic experience at H10 in Benidorm. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The reception team was very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy and pleasant

The hotel had no problems and the staff was outstanding. Small details like suprise complimentary birthday champagne along with much more. The resturants was amazing, very delicious drinks and educated staff

A special thank you to the amazing girls working at the bar and restaurant on the 5th floor — they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and created such a great atmosphere

There was a wide variety of food available, with the menu changing daily, which kept each meal enjoyable and fresh

Stayed at hotel start of april, 2 adults 2 kids,family had a nice weeks holiday in hotel. room was a decent size with 4 single beds in room ,bathroom was ok for the family and room also had a balcony

breakfasts had plenty of selection ,cooked ,cereal ,yoghurts,fruit coffee etc Lunchtimes had a few different selections for fussy eaters, Dinners had a good variety of various things ,was only 1 time we didnt fancy anything so we went out Pool ,,pool was very cold but plenty of room for the amount of people in hotel ,only downside was kids werent allowed floaties (rubber rings)🤷in pool Entertainment...

There was one person who works at the hotel called Tery she was so lovely, funny and very kind every time we went to the bar to get more drinks we would always have a laugh and she even offered to make a tery special which was amazing

Nice quiet area of Benidorm ,sits across from the Benidorm Palace ,hotel is very clean wonderful staff and good food

5-year-old son loved the children’s swimming pool — the water was warm, clean and safe, making it perfect for little ones. Overall, this hotel provided us with a relaxing and memorable family holiday

Headed off to Benidorm with the threat of a deluge of rain for the entire week didn’t fill us with excitement for the holiday however a heavy thunderstorm on our 1st night there cleared the air and apart from one short shower on the monday we encountered only good sunny weather averaging 25* Check in was swift and polite, allocated room 301, requested low floor, and were both happy with the living...

Had great room , fabulous food and drink! Everyone was friendly especially Tony and Geogie who work endlessly serving us holiday makers what fabulous ambassadors for flaminco beach hotel! Nothing was too much trouble always greated with excellent customer service! Can't wait to come back to Flaminco beach cant wait to come back! Big Thank you to these two gems

We went here for an All Inclusive week in November 2024. Overall, we had a nice break in the hotel. We stayed in the Annex on the 12th floor, which was good

Room was lovely and clean, but a dreadful smell of drains when water was running in the bathroom. Gym area is dirty and equipment broken

The rooms were serviced everyday and were well cleaned. Food in the restaurant was good, I’m not a fussy eater and there was plenty of choice at every meal and it was well cooked

Can't fault anything about the hotel we arrived on boxing day for 2 weeks. All staff absolutely brilliant. Reception staff couldn't do enough for you. Young Spanish girl on reception really lovely

Honestly was amazing staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel was spotless and every member of staff treated you with a smile and a good morning

Bedroom, staff and breakfast buffet are excellent, dinner buffet could improve. Temperature of dinner buffet food is cold and sometimes sandy. Disappointing.

The food was okay but if you’re very explorative and are into the Mediterranean food you’ll love it! We did book last minute so was a little bit more expensive however would pay it again and again to have the same experience

Fabulous hotel. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. We were able to keep our room longer on check out day as a Barcelo member, which was great as we had a late evening flight. Had a suite as 3 of us which was perfect.

During our visit there were never any queues in the dining room, the pool area was never busy, you can't reserve sunbeds for more than 15 minutes and absolutely no stags or hens allowed in the hotel

I booked at last minute and normally stay in an apartment in Benidorm. Lovely room, clean and perfectly positioned 5th floor overlooking pool so got the sun most of the day

Clean, Tidy and well presented Hotel. We had room service each day, clean towels each day. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast choice was really good with lots of hot and cold options

Brilliant hotel but with two minor points. Had a really nice experience at this hotel. Couldn’t fault the room or the dining room. We only had breakfast here as we prefer to eat out during the day and evening

The hotel was close to the beach, a children's playground, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants including Los Molinos Restaurant opposite the hotel (tapas, breakfast, menu del dia and main meals)

Check inn was very slow but the staff were friendly. Our room 711 was a good size with a double and single bed. With a bath and shower over it

I arrived yesterday 1/9/2025 and can not fault this hotel or the staff. We were greeted by Caesar on the front desk and he was helpful , friendly and welcoming. There was nothing wrong with the breakfast selection

Also , just met the housekeeper who was so friendly and lovely. I don't know why this hotel has got negative reviews. I've stayed in 5 stars hotel before and to be honest this hotel is brilliant

Brilliant hotel, peaceful & quiet which is what we was looking for. Staff were lovely rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. 2 lifts to choose from, games area,ballroom, pool with jacuzzi

We had 2 rooms for myself ,2 daughters and 1 granddaughter. The rooms and balcony were great. We had room only, but the food in the bar was great. Would defiantly stay there again

I thought it was great value for money. My room Is perfect with everything I need. Basic products , towels , toilet rolls not soap but I'm happy to buy this

As others have said double check your room door has closed as they can stick open. We would all stay there again

We had pool view rooms which were spot on all rooms have plenty of storage with hanging space as well as drawers , bedsides & dressing table Safes are available in all rooms but are chargeable, as are fridges

We had breakfast on our last day which cost 10€ & was paid at reception. Cereals, pastries, cakes fruit, full cooked breakfast with hash browns & black pudding, breads, toasts, hot & cold drinks

Booked here for a lads holiday. All the staff were really friendly & went the extra mile for you, nothing was too much

The whole hotel is really clean & maids clean rooms everyday, shampoo & shower gel is provided in rooms

Bar and Restaurant staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We did not stay in the hotel, so we cannot comment on the rooms.

Lovely hotel situated right in the middle

This is a small hotel and easy to get around which i personaly prefer, loved the roof top pool ,the bar wasn't open during my visit but i am sure it would be a great place to chill when the sesson kicks in

3 minute walk from the bars and 7 minute walk to the old town , very clean , all the staff were helpful … swimming pool and bar is very relaxing , breakfast was very nice , lots of selection

Room junior suite very spacious and clean with tea &coffee making facilities available. The bathroom had a very powerful large headed wall in shower with good range of temperatures

This hotel is on a great location , 5 minutes either side of old and new town and so close to the beach. My room was immaculate,bed was so comfortable ,slept like a baby. Daily maid service if required
