Best Hotels in Benidorm

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day

We have missed out on the roof pool, always closed when we have stayed, hopefully on our next visit we will be able to use it

My only requests would be fresh orange juice at breakfast , with spain having excellent fruit, its a shame as the drink out of the machines is awful, Also maybe in the winter months the indoor pool could open earlier

Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly

Its a very short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the new town. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The food was good and had lots of options

I arrived late on and was not happy with my room, I went and spoke with reception and was told to come back the next day and they would change my room. True to their word they swapped my room

A little out 10min walk to beach but peaceful area. Great atmosphere with good entertainment. Rooms clean and comfortable. Great value. Hotel is always very clean.

As a family, we would only stay here again if there was an exceptionally good offer on. Otherwise, we will likely not be returning

Mainly to counteract all the negative that I had read prior to going, which caused me a lot of anxiety as I was travelling for the first time in 7 years—this time as a single mother with my 5-year-old son

My son and I used it daily to walk down to the beach and back again in the evenings after dinner, and we never once felt unsafe. All of the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful

Yes, the hotel is located just off the “yellow brick road,” but honestly, this wasn’t an issue for us at all

The hotel is located in very convenient place right at the bus station! Very good for travelers from Alucante Airport.

Stop by at Benidorm and travel to Altea, this hotel is good as a middle point. It's convenient to get to the highway to Altea. The direction for the hotel car park is not clear.

We had a brilliant time, the hotel is clean, rooms are a good size, and cleaned daily including fresh towels. we were in room 532 at the rear of the hotel, the room is fine as we dont spend that much time in there

Food in the Restaurant is plentiful and varied, there is something for everyone but it could be warmer,) but there are several microwaves situated within the dining room if its not quite hot enough for your requirements, the service in all areas is good

Just before travelling, I had a trauma with my knee which limited my mobility, however WILLIAM the life guard was just amazing, helping me in and out of the pool and watched me while I was in the pool which made me feel so safe… you could tell he was happy in his work! 👏👏👏

Very well located for everything but not noisy. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. The food is excellent with lots of choice. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable

Traveld for St Patrick's day celebrations stayed 4x nights 5xdays. on coach of 56, thuscwas our 4th stay at this time of year. though my husband and l stay here independently throughout the year

3rd stay at hotel orange, stayed as a large group as the hotel is perfect for our needs, location is ideal, hotel is spotless, food is of a good standard (breakfast is excellent) and the staff all very friendly

The hotel is right on the main ***** so no taxi. Great for anyone who not the best on there feet, or to much drink🙂 Great atmosphere in the hotel. It’s quite no messing or carrying on

The entertainment starts quite late 8. 45 ish and is all in Spanish so we didn't really get to enjoy that. The soft play was good and the pool but lacked baby changing facilities and the changing rooms were freezing

45 am and again we didn't have the option offered to us of a packed up breakfast which was disappointing compared to previous hotels. Overall the food was good but was a bit basic

The room we were in was on the second floor and it was to noisy from the entertainment so we moved to the 15th floor which was a bit too high and scary with little ones but was quiet

Pre christmas break with grandaughter. Booked here as it had an indoor heated pool . Food options good. Evening entertainment good. Great location for winter wonderland, ice skating .

Excellent location 5min to a fabulous beach, 3min to bus station for all regional attractions. Friendly hotel staff, varied food, good service overall.

Great location, plenty of food choice for everyone. Dining staff and bar staff not overly welcoming, not horrible but as I say not welcoming. Amanda on reception was excellent and is an asset to the hotel.

Shampoo and body wash are provided, and there is a terrace, so it is good to sit there and relax

I would say its one of the best I have stayed in the food and the food area is so good if you are A fussy eater well they have lots of variety for you to choose from and the food was plentiful And was great quality

If this is a vindication of how good this house is I have come back and booked again for the Christmas period and will definitely be back next year

An unassuming hotel 100 metres from busy area but very clean, well-run, good layout in rooms. Room cards work, rooms cleaned every day if required, instant hot water for shower/sink, lifts work well and quickly

Lovely hotel in the quieter area of Benidorm but right opposite the beach with an uninterrupted view of the beach from all rooms. Lovely to wake up with the sun on your balcony. Staff were really good and helpful

Great quiet Spanish location. Excellent service and food. All rooms have a sea view. But no kettle 😢. Aircon not brilliant. Others stayed twice and definitely stay again.

Lot's more choice from chicken Supreme, beef goulash, fish, freshly cooked pan fried chicken, the list just goes on. And the drinks prices are really good. A large bottle of (posh) water and carafe of red wine just €5

Very good hotel with fantastic views over Poniente beach and Trossal de la calla. Breakfast selection was great and dinner was good too

There was entertainment at night if you wanted to stay in the bar area, and during the day they would be doing activities if you wanted to join in. All in all another very enjoyable stay, thank you

Service from some of the staff was excellent,especially Angel,Wilma,Gabriel and Anamaria. leisurely walk to old town along the waves promenade. Highly recommend staying here at least once

We were half-board and the food was really good we will be going back again in June 2026 we have already booked with our travel agent and we're both hoping to get the same room and view we had the last time , I would thoroughly recommend this hotel you won't be disappointed , I have stayed in many hotels in benidorm in old and new benidorm town and would say this is one of the better ones , Lynda

This hotel is 3 stars and fulfils that and more! Had everything we needed, good food, lovely pool, ample sunbeds, great drinks at the bar, clean, friendly service and helpful team all around! Only point taken away is the location is slightly out the way and located on a steep hill

It's a great location and in a quiet area. The hotel is really clean with a good pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food at the bar was good overall. Pizzas weren't great but not a big issue

2nd time staying at the Primavera Park, this time for a month so we opted for B&B in one of their comfort rooms. We have a small kitchen with hob, microwave/grill, kettle coffee maker, toaster and fridge

We stayed in this beautiful hotel from January 26th to February 5th. The staff was very friendly, also at the reception. The room was excellent (909), very clean. Breakfast and dinner were more than enough and delicious

Food: alot of choices, recommended to come early for your food as it could get really busy and queues when you get in later Staff are all friendly and helpful Hotel is 5 mins walk to the beach with a variety of access on different side streets

Quick check in with friendly staff a lovely room 10th floor with two rooms which was perfect for us and a jacuzzi bath! Food a thumbs up catered for everyone and hot which you don’t always get

I would suggest though taking tea bags and coffee and get milk for fridge. Will definitely go back to this hotel a great location

I was very surprised as did not expect a nice hotel on the Benidorm strip but was very pleased with the whole experience

The rooms are pretty standard and offer no more than a Uk travelodge motel. We did not include meals so I cant comment on the food There appeared to be Spanish entertainment/singer on each night

On entrance to the hotel, it feels impressive enough. Until you quickly smell the pungent aroma filling the place. Im not sure if it is sewage pipes as ither had suggested, but it is a bad smell

New town probably 25-30 mins walk. Taxi are really cheap and reception will book one for you. Check in was very quick and no problems what so ever. Rooms are fine like I said above we have a fridge that works

We only stayed for 2 nights and only caught a small amount on leaving and coming back to the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. They all spoke enough English to engage and assist

After our initial booking with the travel company, we upgraded from a 3 star to a 4 star for a better experience but also for a pool. Our travel agent said there were 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor

The reception staff were always pleasant from the moment we checked in to checking out. The rooms were spacious (we stayed Superior) and spotlessly clean with a big bathroom and balcony

My sister in law came to have a look as she was staying local in a different hotel and we are booked for her 60th next year at Don Pancho and she couldn’t believe how wonderful it is

My sister and I love the 'Don Pancho' its like 'coming home' to us. We feel so safe here hence why we return. The staff are fantastic, everyone of them friendly and helpful

I can comment on the pool, bar or other areas of the hotel as I didn’t use them but I am sure they are of an equally high standard that we had in the facilities we used

Only downer for us was evening meal was 8 o'clock which is too late for us to eat. Roof top bar is good for views

Perfect place to stay if you like both the city and the beach. It's in "Centro" of everything you come to Benidorm for. My full recommendation. I will add that the breakfast buffet was excellent (but very noisy)

We cannot fault this hotel it’s the perfect location away from the madness of the new town strip, we checked into a room late at night and unfortunately it had a few issues

But the amazing Claudia at reception very kindly upgraded us to the most beautiful room, with the bed facing the sea. It was so relaxing falling asleep to the waves

Rooms-Super king bed and small double pull out bed. No balconies at all which we missed. Food-we were AI and plenty of food but themed so one night was pretty much all seafood, one night all Chinese based foods etc

Management is amazing and helped very quickly when we had queries and made sure we were looked after throughout the whole of our stay!

Chosen for location and looked like it catered for kids but was disappointed. Opposite beach in quieter area so perfect for beach holiday. Not many sunbeds for April so in high season definitely wouldn’t get a bed

Pool was freezing and although they said not heated it would have made a huge difference for kids. The kids pool is all shaded so I think in summer maybe good but we didn’t use it due to it being cold and also dirty

Lots of floors to walk! Overall, if a fit couple wanting good drinks, have no food restrictions and are after a quieter location it is good. If a family or anyone needing access or help, they are simply not interested
