Great position 5min walk to main strip of bars. amazing views from balcony of the sea. Small hotel very clean hot powerful showers. comfy big beds rooms dated and basic but clean

Excellent hotel, tucked away at the end of beach, great for getting onto the front, excellent views of the seafront. Staff friendly, helpful and very clean! Breakfast good, will definately be back!

Just need nicer towels a kettle Cleaners left balcony dr unlocked and open for fresh air which I wasnt happy with. But other than that great cheap place on seafront

Fresh towels everyday but very thin and hard. Nice hot breakfast plenty of choice. No brewing up facilities in the room so had to buy a kettle as I like a brew in morning. Safe in the room Would definitely stay again

Booked for a solo long weekend. This hotel was perfect for me. The view is spectacular! My room was dated but everything you needed including a full size fridge. The shower was powerful and hot

This hotel is aimed at Older Spanish holidaymakers. If you are likely to be offended by no Engerlish tv, having mainly wonderful Spanish food, the staff not speaking engerlish fluently then please don’t go here!!!!!

Room only in this place, but you get what you pay for. A reasonable size room that sleeps two comfortably and it gets cleaned every day

We are in the hotel and the cleanliness and the food are very good, great value for money, very friendly treatment by everyone, to return. We have been in hotels with more stars and there is not so much difference

The big thing that let's it down is the food, there is not a big choice. It was chip's nearly every night, some nights there was 1 meat choice and fish. There was not a very good choice of desserts either

Comfortable accomodation, cleaned daily, but could have done with even just the one english tv channel. Superb location for the old town, food was very good and not the same every night

The reception staff were also very accommodating. But the best thing about this apartment is definitely the terrace ,it’s huge with stunning views of the sea and Benidorm. Plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture too

Drains on a morning in the bathroom are not great (smelly) but open the window and it soon clears

Really amazing. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, MOSTLY quiet, staff extremely helpful. 1st floor though can be quite noisy, due to restaurant below and noise from the street outside on the front.

Good location and great staff. We were on the back but we were informed before arrival that we had no balcony or view, so it was not a problem. On the beach at the furthest most point south

got bak after 21 nights yes long at this hotel but fab location staff brilliant especially Ecias Ibarra on reception so helpful & friendly nothing 2 much trouble, Sara cleaned our room every day fresh towels each day etc with smiles also Carlos also reception so friendly & not forgetting the young Chef at breakfast kept breakfast flowing with a smile

Santa Faz was absolutely above what we expected! Ok the rooms are tired after 70 years but for a 2* rated hotel it was amazing. It’s located in the middle of old town and less than 200m from the beautiful beach

Rooms dated but lovely and clean. Beans came out then 10 mins eggs but then no cutlery and no staff to get any but apart from that its ok

Walls are paper thin as in can hear next doors conversation but as we only used to sleep and shower it was fantastic

Very nice staff which speak English pretty well. Bar open late (until 2am), which was good. Spacious and nicely set out rooms, to enjoy at the end of the day. Lovely pool, other than the fact that it was a little small

Was really impressed with outside grounds. Rooms clean and spacious for a studio style. Bed wide and comfortable. Pillow menu very impressed. Food good variety and tasty. Sugar free cookies at breakfast.

Just returned from our 2nd stay here. It’s a cheap hotel in the centre of the Old Town. We were in Room 50 right next to the lift, so it was noisy, but I had earplugs which worked perfectly, and blocked out the noise

Yes the glass collection is noisy, yes the lift is noisy, but comfy bed, cleaned every day, good shower, lovely people, nice breakfasts with great coffee and a fantastic rooftop bar. Will always try this hotel first

Stayed for a week just before Christmas. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom had everything we needed. Huge shower with plenty of hot water

Roof top bar was nice but really busy. Only bad things we found was the balcony was tiny and there was a bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We found if we kept the door shut we couldn't smell it in the room

Perfect location right at tapas alley, 2 min walk to the shops or the beach. Beds were really comfy and shower was great. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff were really nice and very helpful

This is the nicest apartment I had stayed in when visiting Benidorm and I've been coming 35 years, it was spotless and very spacious and the view was to die for. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for a much needed break. Apartment has all needed kitchen equipment, dishwasher and washing machine. And the cherry is it is right on the beach with private access to the beach!

Stayed here, lovely apartment. Would benefit from leaving a tea towel or bring your own. Downside, the drains in the shower absolutely stinks rotten. But great apart from that.

Short walk to seafront downhill but we got a taxi back due to health issues. If you want basic quiet accommodation then would recommend

Keys are collected at an office on the end of the sea front, about 5 minutes walk away. There was a €200 damage deposit which we weren’t warned about. Once in, the apartment is basic but perfectly located

Lovely welcome pack from Roundtown in kitchen with bread, milk, chocolates water and more. Good quality Wifi and paid extra for British TV. Hot / cold modern air conditioner plus a fan

Bathroom good size with shower and washing machine. No balcony, but a magnificent view from open sliding doors and the sound of the waves was breathtaking. The lift to the eleventh floor took 45 seconds and worked well

Spent just over 4 weeks in a one bed apartment. Two single beds with a double very comfortable settee bed in the living room. Booked through Roundtown and was met at airport by a driver who had keys of the apartment

Apartments mainly occupied by elderly Spanish residents. Apartment maintenance staff around during the day. Lovely swimming pool at rear of building and a large car park and charging area for mobility scooters

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning - there is a tower fan in the wardrobe which we didn’t find until the last few days of our stay, but even with this the room gets warm at night

The most beautiful view that ,I have ever had :) But fridge was not in room ,then I ask the staff, and no prablome at all ,He just goes and get one for us and bring to our room ,will go there again defently

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The owner was very friendly & always took the time to stop and chat. The bed was comfortable & great air con. The views from the balcony were amazing

The rooms are not well insulated so you can hear the occupants of the other rooms and the people passing by in the street, but you shouldn't complain for the price paid and the proximity to the beach

2hrs after drop of we finally get to tower block 2, 25th floor, pleasently surprised to find a really nice big apartment with massive balcony, booked a twin room got a double bed and sofa bed which was rubbish as it didn't stay together, unfortunately that's were gud things end, apartment had dirty floors, bathroom,balcony table,bed had long black hairs,sofa bed pull out bit was gross stained and hairs...

Where do I start !! Firstly after reading reviews I contacted on 3 occasions to find out from Sunshine Holidays were to check in,no answer, so reviews told me check-in at Splash, walk about 5mins walk,find it and it's CLOSED UNDER CONSTRUCTION, Had to ring sunshine and was told i had to travel over 5kms away to get checked in at a different hotel

slept in clothes to stay warm and protect me from dirty blankets touching my skin, nowhere to pyt clothes in wardrobe as all drawers were full of towels and sheets, couldn't contact anyone about new blankets or dirty floors, no reception were we stayed wasn't going back in2 Benidorm paying more €

No pool access ,no bar,wasn't a hotel it was an apartment block residents live there , Overall area was beautiful and in a quieter part of Benidorm. Beach literally 2 mins walk away. Very beautiful place Finestrat

Visited late September 2025, Lovely hotel, very clean, helpful staff, particularly mentions for Matthew, and Henry at the outside bar, very friendly and chatty, as was the outdoor snack chef, he was very funny and kept everyone entertained while waiting of your food being cooked to order, rooms are spacious all facing the pool/sea front, (you can just about see the sea through the skyscrapers) large...

Spotlessly clean and the lobby looked fantastic decked out with a Christmas theme. The rooms are all suites with a large balcony/terrace looking towards the sea

The food was great, lots of options for all tastes and the staff were actively clearing plates all the time. Plenty of help yourself drink options available with meals including alcohol

Food was amazing and plentiful. Drinks were locally sourced and tasted very good, beer was Cruzcampo😊. Entertainment every night and good quality singers, quizzes and karaoke.

Clean, spacious enough apartments, large balcony, all areas were very clean and tidy, there seemed like an army of cleaning ladies in the morning, and the pool was always checked and cleaned at night by a wee robot! Staff all very friendly, had no issues at all on that front

Had a strange experience one day at the pool when I was on my own and a man with long hair and a beard stood behind me reciting the bible according to John, it made me very uneasy! Possibly should have reported it to reception

The apartments are up a steepish hill but you get the benefits of peace and quiet plus it’s a short taxi ride from the old or new town. They offer a lovely looking buffet breakfast for €8/pp and buffet dinner for €16/pp

First visited these apartments 20 years ago and they were fab then. They still are now! The staff are so welcoming, friendly and good fun. Our room was huge with everything we needed for our 5 night stay

Second time staying here and will hopefully be back next year. Very peaceful pool area, evening buffet and breakfast were lovely. We know it's at the top of a hill so we walk down and get a taxi back

I stayed here before, so when I came back to Benidorm, I stayed here again. This time, I was higher up and had a great view of Benidorm and the ocean. The staff were fantastic again

Rooms were very clean and modern,not 5* but a good 3*. beds were comfy and staff very nice. in fact already booked for nov 24th. [CAN WE HAVE THE SAME APARTMENT PLEASE

The christmas lights are far better here than at home. set in a lovely area between old and new

All good, beautiful view, beautiful room, the only flaw is that after 1am they close the main entrance and you are forced to enter from behind but it is a very tiring and long climb.

staff were very helpful…yes it’s a bit dated but it has everything you need full oven with grill 4 hobs and all pots and pans / cutlery / plates etc

we were in 17/5 with no noise other than the sound of the sea Amazing views from the sun room would definitely recommend and book again Great supermarket as you turn right out of front…with a new Lidl in the new town It’s a taxi ride or a long walk to Llevant Beach but not too expensive This side of Benidorm is much quieter than the Levantine side great beach so big it can’t possibly get full…

We were on the 4th floor , I think there's about 24 floors. The reception staff were lovely. And there's a big choice of books in the reception area. The only downsides are you can only get WiFi in the reception area

In the quieter side of Benidorm. Excellent shower kitchen bedroom. They don't clean the rooms unless your there more than 7 days. The pool was closed but it was early in the season. Reception staff really helpful

(unlike the other side) the whole area is very clean Lots of cafes and restaurants close by many serving full proper English breakfast

The apartments were clean and nicely decorated and the staff were extremely friendly and provided consistently excellent service (huge thank you to Julien and a lady whose name I’m unsure of sorry- maybe Kirsty?)

Had everything we needed except a hairdryer and more mirrors(only one is in the bathroom)On arrival greeted by Julian who is an amazing front of house as were all the staff. Located close to bars and restaurants

My only suggestion for an improvement would be more mirrors- the only one was the one in the bathroom- but this certainly didn’t impact our satisfaction with the hotel ☺️

Our studio room was clean and equiped adequately, not that we used any of the kitchen stuff. The shower in the bathroom was also powerful and plenty hot water

Apartment was massive, floor 2 facing the sea, everything in it you could possibly need, absolutely spotlessly clean, blue neon lights in the living room were a nice touch, free secure parking at the back was a real bonus

Excellent loction, superb sea views, we collected our keys from the office, which is a 5 minute walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very spacious with all the amenities we needed

We arrived later than planned but Valentino greeted us with keys and essential instructions for the apartment, once we were inside it was instantly obvious we had made the right choice, 3 good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, beautiful lounge/balcony overlooking the beach

The 3 bedroom apartment was absolutely wonderful. We all had a good time. Views from windows of the walkway and beach. Room rates were very good, as accommodation was 4-5 star. I will book again next time.

Perfect location on Levante Beach , beautiful views. Dealt with booking which is a 5 - 10 min walk away from the apartment to collect and drop off keys The room could do with updating but i would stay again

Plus side was the huge balcony we had, which meant there was plenty of space to sit outside and relax, added bonus was there was a clothes rack so we could dry towels etc. Definitely excellent value for money

There was a group of 7 of us who came for the Cheltenham Festival and stayed here. Honestly, could not fault the place. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful

Just returned from 2 weeks in the Vistamar Apartments Benidorm Staff are very helpful and friendly Arrived very late at night but had no problem getting to our room which was on the 16th floor and were even upgraded to a superior room

The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean, balconies are huge no matter whether you're in the middle or on the corner of the building
