Clean hotel with a friendly staff. Easy access to beach, actually the beach is foots away from the hotel. You can jump in to beach from the edge of the hotel. Staff was very supportive to find us the safest place to take a bath with kid. You can have a good breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel for a very reasonable price while facing the ocean. This is my second time in this place and it was pleasureful as always. Very safe and clean place, nice staff and a nice breakfast. View is magnificent as always. I recommend you should visit this place if you need a place to crash by a nice beach.

Amazing location right on the beach. There are some areas in the sea that are safe for swimming and turtles on the beach right infront of the resort. They serve authentic southern Sri Lankan cuisine. The staff was friendly and service was very pleasant.

We had an excellent stay here. The staff was very helpful, they can help you with scooty rental, which you'll need anyway, for good price. The hotel yard is nice and this place is situated in calm neighborhood.

This is an amazing hostel! It has a relaxed atmosphere and the rooms are really nice. The location is pretty close to the main street and they rent out nice motorbikes for dat trips!

We ate here twice in 4 nights the food was so fresh and well cooked. We all had seafood, salad, chips and banana fritters. My Dorado fish was excellent. Tell your friends. It's a good family place.

swimming pool was lovely and clean, rooms were spotless and really comfortable. Shower had hot water. About a 5-10 minute walk to the main street. A nice quiet area - construction happening during the day but it’s not too loud or disturbing

Comfortable, clean and good value. Tucked in an alley of the main road but quiet enough and only 10mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Large room with a new bathroom. Very clean. I loved staying at this resort in Unawatuna. Firstly, for the welcome and warmth I received from the staff, always very helpful and genuinely friendly. Of course, the hotel staff is very friendly. It's nice that everything is relatively new. BUT!!!! The roosters have been crowing since 3 a.m. And if you're looking for a good night's sleep, this is definitely not the place for you! The road to the beach is across a highway with motorbikes and minibuses racing just 10 cm away, and that's very DANGEROUS!! Consider whether it's worth saving for your safety...

My fiancée and I stayed here in August 2025. Our room was completely different from the photos we saw on booking sites. The price is attractive, but the conditions are therefore below average. The location is excellent; the hotel is located on the main road, making it easy to catch a tuk-tuk or a Grab. Grocery stores are nearby, and the beach is a 7-10-minute walk away. This room definitely had value for money. We got it for a reasonable price and it was quite spacious and cosy enough. The owner was also very sweet and helpful ensured we had everything we needed. Well, its under construction but its not disturbing us & the rooms are very good with A/C its price is very competitive with free breakfast. The beach is few yards away but that wouldn't be a problem. Service is good need to develop and get a better standard. Good Luck & Thank You.

It is a nice place with an affordable price. Next to Galle - Matara road. Almost every room in there are with beautiful sea views. Owner was a very friendly and a helpful person. But the only negative thing I could see was the cleanliness of rooms were not in a satisfactory condition.
