I have not stayed here but the location at the top of a hill means it appears to have better views than some of the 5 star hotels. I took my foto from the much pricier Crans Ambassador and was a little jealous!

Great wellness area, nice rooms, friendly staff, good location somewhat outside Arosa's abysmally ugly village core. The hotel's IT infrastructure is terribly amateur though. (Basically nothing worked for the whole weekend we were there, because "the last Windows update killed the server" - which means they're basically running the whole hotel on a single Microsoft server, with no backups.)
