The hotel room and bathroom were spacious, bright, and clean. The only downside is that although it appears close to the airport on the map, getting to the hotel by public transport is very inconvenient. If you have an early morning flight, you might need to reconsider or be prepared to pay for an Uber.

There was quite distant from airport if by walk, not suggested. There was a tram to arrive. Hotel was next to the supermarket, very convenient. They served airport shuttle bus, we liked it.

Perfect stay. Well appointed room, huge bathroom with shower, separated WC area, double sink. Very quitet, great curtains. Excellent 4-course menui on half board. Great wellness area, nice rooms, friendly staff, good location somewhat outside Arosa's abysmally ugly village core. The hotel's IT infrastructure is terribly amateur though. (Basically nothing worked for the whole weekend we were there, because "the last Windows update killed the server" - which means they're basically running the whole hotel on a single Microsoft server, with no backups.)

The hotel is not far from the city center, which makes it quite convenient. It is also very easy to reach from Basel SBB Central Station by public transport. Bus number 30 runs almost directly in front of the hotel—you can simply cross the street from the station and catch the bus from the corner. They provided a printed Basel Card at check-in, which allowed me to use public transportation for free...

Modern and nice rooms. Self service check in. I fyou need assistance the staff are there to help. Near tram stations that connects you to the main proper and the main train station. The room is modern and clean. For budget travelers, there are restaurants and groceries nearby. Staff are friendly and speak English well.

Really enjoyed my stay and amenities were great and clean . Only problem I had was I didn’t sleep as well due to the room being very overly hot and could not lower tempted or open the window . The sauna was a an absaloute highlight too

I am coming few times per month to Zurich for business. I need a pragmatic and good hotel for an overnight stay. Züri by Fassbind offers exactly that. Excellent value for the price. Located super central. Easy to check-in / out. Calm rooms, when you book the Superior one, located towards the courtyard.

It was okay, fairly quiet. The shower pressure was great. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. It's a five-minute walk from the train station.

Overall, for a four-star hotel, it is fairly average. This may partly reflect Zurich’s generally high prices. The heating is very strong, and overall it is suitable for solo travelers, but it does not really meet four-star standards. The shampoo and shower gel are combined into one product, which is not very good in quality.

Hotel looks great. Rooms are spacious and we had a free mini bar. However, the room gets humid soon when you take a shower and the airconditioning/ventilation isn’t the best. We could also hear our neighbors upstairs well. Furthermore, the cleaning staff took our room key with them and forgot to refill the mini bar.

In contrast to some of our other experiences in Europe, the level of professionalism and inclusivity here was outstanding. It’s clear that the team is highly trained and culturally aware, making us feel truly welcome as Asian travelers.

The hotel is super close to the train station, and it was about 30 francs from the airport. My room was sun-facing, clean, and bright. Since I had a big suitcase, I took a taxi. Great location, right outside the train station. The breakfast area has a lovely ambiance with sunrise views, and the breakfast itself is good. The cleanliness is also decent. My only minor complaints are that the room was a bit small and the facilities felt a little dated.

This right next to Geneva Train station and 2 mins walk. All buses stop right in front of the hotel. It is so convenient, especially with 2 big luggages and 80 years dad. The hotel lobby is big ans 3 elevators. The rooms has all we need except the kettle was hiding in a cupboard which we only found it when we leave the room. The hotel view pretty good from our room.

The hotel is right next to Geneva train station, which is a great location. Inside the station, there's a supermarket and a wide variety of dining options. The hotel itself has heating, but the breakfast selection is not very extensive.

The hotel is right next to the Christmas market, and I got to see the airborne Santa Claus I'd been dreaming of! It was so lively downstairs and not too far from the train station. However, if distance is a big concern for you, there's another hotel right across the street, something like 'Ao...'. But I'd definitely stay here again next time. This was a great place to stay. Spotless room, very helpful desk staff, and exceptional breakfast (included) in a lovely dining room. For those who have a car, parking is free. A small downside for those with arthritis in their hands: the soap is liquid in plastic bottles that are very difficult to squeeze. You might want to bring your own bar soap.

Land is incredibly expensive in Zurich, so the price and location are quite reasonable. Trains and trams are just a few hundred meters away, and the Co-op is across the street. I saw many crews staying at this hotel. To see Einstein at ETH, take bus 46. Both receptionists were very nice, and the breakfast staff was also very friendly. The front desk service was great, the transportation was convenient, and the room environment was nice. The only problem was that the air conditioner didn't work well. Even when it was turned off, it was still very noisy. However, there was a main switch in the room that could completely turn off the air conditioner, so it stopped being noisy. Overall, it was OK!

This was the perfect hotel for a solo trip to Lausanne. The single room was perfect for just me, the amenities were great, and it was a 7 minute walk from the train station. Super easy to find, in a great location, and perfect when you don't need a big fancy room just for yourself. Would definitely stay here again.
