The bathroom is too small, everything else is fine. Especially the wooden furniture in the room is very warm.

Hotel is lovely in a modern Swiss chalet style. Views of the mountains are also nice. Only downside is that it’s a victim of its own success and therefore it was so crowded, especially noticeable at the pool/spa area and when trying to book dinner at one of the 2 restaurants.

Lots of style and comfort with very friendly staff and excellent restaurant, in a gorgeous region of Switzerland! The fitness room is also great, as is the spa, although its size is on the small side. But that's a very minor issue in an otherwise perfect, heavenly place.

What a wonderful and warm family style hotel we found here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff could not do enough for us each day. Breakfast was sumptuous and diversified. Immaculate property, rooms and all public spaces. A warm fire burns in the lobby every afternoon and evening.

I have been to Zermatt many times, and this is my first time staying at this hotel. If you bring your children with you, you still need to pay even if you don't use an extra bed, and it's not low. Absolutely outstanding stay at Hotel Zermama. With its boutique vibes you really feel like a valued guest. Fondue on the balcony is great, views of the Matterhorn are incredible, the faux fur robes are 10/10 warm. It’s literally across from the mountain cable car for skiing. The rooms smell terrible- why??! What happened in here to leave an permanent bad smell? The wifi does not work in the room, which is just a deal breaker for business travel. The only perk of this place is that it has a bed. Which makes sense because it's a hotel lol. I Will never stay here again.

Wow! This hotel took me back to the 80s, reminding me of the times I went skiing with my parents. It’s an old-fashioned place, but it’s good enough. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service was decent, and while the breakfast was simple, it was okay.

It's my first time in Geneva. The location of this hotel is very convenient. I was given a free Geneva transportation ticket when I checked in. Although the hotel is old, the bathroom is new and the hygiene is good.

Parkhotel Delta is located in a more quieter area of Ascona, however we still managed to walk to the Piazza of Ascona in about 20 mins time and by car maybe 5mins only. Everything was perfect. Stayed there for 2 nights and received a free upgrade since the hotel was not booked out. We came back at 02 in the morning after a birthday party and our intention was to relax and sleep long. At 7:25 AM the reception called us (?) to tell us that the breakfast lasted until 10.30 am (!). Then we had a bus leaving and packing with 40 asian tourists (very loud) in front of your window. The room and the beds were very good. The breakfast service was also excellent.

This was our favorite hotel during our entire tour of Switzerland. The hotel is so cozy and feels very medieval, more so on gloomy foggy days. The rooms have a phenomenal view of Luzern and are beautifully decorated that remind me of a ritz Carlton. We will definitely be returning here in the summer months.

We had a wonderful stay at Château Gutsch. Beautiful room overlooking the Town and lake with views of the mountains. Enjoyed our stay at Aristella. Our balcony overlooks Matterhorn. Breakfast is simple but delicious and filling. Staff is very friendly. Their room is comfortable and clean and bathroom is beautiful and big. We would stay in Aristella again if we go to Zermatt again.

The hotel room and services were decent, but what really stood out was its location. As someone who relies on public transport, it was incredibly convenient. The hotel entrance is only about 100 meters from Platform 3 at the train station. When I traveled from Lucerne to Basel, I caught a train from Platform 3, and it was a breeze getting my 28-inch suitcase on board. I'll definitely choose this hotel...

Great hotel! It's a minute walk from the train station and less than 8 minutes from the city center. The bed was super comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast as the cost was quite high. They do include complimentary drinks in the mini-bar.

The room was great. The hotel had a self-check-in system, but there was a butler service, which was very nice.

The unit is impeccably decorated and in a great location. It was incredibly overpriced however. The lighting system was very odd and could benefit from better instructions. The whole house lights up if anyone moves- highly inconvenient at night when people are trying to sleep!
