Couldn't believe how close it was to the train station, literally right outside the door – super convenient! The service was great too; they even gave us a free day pass, which made getting to the airport the next day really easy. There's a small balcony with a view of the big fountain. It's just two bus stops from Lake Geneva. Besides the slightly high price, everything else was perfect.

The location is excellent, right outside the train station. However, it was under renovation during my visit, completely covered in scaffolding. Overall, it was still very good; although an old hotel, it has been renovated.

I initially thought the location was very convenient. However, during my two-day stay, my room key or elevator card malfunctioned every single day, forcing me to go to the front desk for a replacement. I also found out that our room was the only one that hadn't been updated with the new system (not sure why they put us in that specific room). So, definitely make sure you get a room with the new system

Just over 100 meters from Lucerne train station, it's incredibly convenient. I've stayed at this hotel many times. The food is great, and it's right next to Chapel Bridge. There are also lots of shops and bus stops nearby, making it very accessible.

This is the 3rd year running I have stayed at this hotel ..for the skiing. The rooms are comfortable and the food is good. I enjoyed making use of the Spa and Sauna too. The staff are very attentive. I am staying here in Silvretta Klosters. Christan was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. He gave us a choice of rooms to choose from. I have never experienced such breathtaking views. If you are looking for a hotel with stunning scenery and breathtaking views, this is the place.

For such a distinguished place it would be nice to have slow closing toilet seats and wardrobes so they can be heard by neighbours at early mornings and late nights. Would be great to have multiple adapters in case forgotten. Otherwise gorgeous stay.

The hotel is very large and has a retro feel. It's a short walk to the ski lift station, and parking is very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. Pets are allowed. You can get a discount on ski passes at the hotel reception, but you need to collect and return the ski pass at the ski lift station.

We ordered cappuccinos and the person made them from the self serve machine and put them in a mug instead of taking the time to make them properly by hand. The hotel is located right in the heart of the square, making it incredibly convenient for experiencing Basel's cityscape and transportation. The hotel is newly renovated, modern in style, and impeccably clean. The only downside was that on my check-in day, a weekend, the restaurant and bar downstairs was open late into the night, and the music was disturbing and made it difficult to sleep.
