1 night ( May 2nd).. 3rd hotel in our week in Italy & Switzerland & the hotel I liked the most 😊👍.. A great location in relation to the lake.. Warm welcome, excellent room, that was as described😊.. The staff was the best one we have come across during all hotel stays. They helped us with everything we needed in and out of the hotel. They only clean rooms every third day. First night, I found a spider, second and third night there was an annoying fly in the room. The hotel is made of wood and has the atmosphere of a snowy mountain cabin. The interior decoration of the hotel is also very warm. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is not very big, but it's clean and tidy overall. The breakfast variety is not rich, but the taste is ok!
