The huge Matterhorn seemed just outside my balcony room. The iconic view changed form before sunrise to after sunset. The restaurant served good meals with nice staff. The front desk is also helpful and saved our time to plan our stay in Zermatt.

Everything was perfect. Service was great. Rooms are new. Spa has the best view around. Recommend this hotel 100%

Such an amazing experience staying at Schönegg. The hospitality and service we received from start to finish completely made this trip for us. The staff is the most accommodating and sweet people who made our trip so amazing. The hotel was amazing, perfectly positioned to the town with amazing views, and offered so much calming luxury. The room was spacious & there was free parking (on a first come first serve basis) The hotel seems to be mainly focused on guests from outside Switzerland, given that majority of staff did not speak the local language. Great place, the hotel with a very long tradition, very good location. Our room was very clean and big, there was a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It was very relaxing after hiking. A fantastic yoga and spa hotel! This is my third time here, and it's truly worth it. After hiking or trekking, be sure to soak in the pool or swim to completely relax! They offer a shuttle service from the train station, as it's quite a distance from the station and inconvenient with luggage. We had a really nice stay in this wonderful hotel. The room was modern and clean and all the facilities are perfect. We went skiing directly from the hotel entry, and later a little skilift brings you back to the hotel. The staff is helpful and allways there when you need them. Breakfast is top and well-served

Great mountain views! It only took us about 90 minutes to get to Jungfraujoch the next morning. The welcome drink was lovely, and the staff were all very warm and helpful. The hotel is absolutely spectacular. The location is perfect, the rooms are very comfortable, the spa is well-equipped, the breakfast has absolutely everything, and the shuttle service is punctual. The only drawback is that the concierge doesn't handle restaurant reservations.

Loved my stay at the Lowen hotel ticked all the boxes. The corner room was spacious with 4 big windows giving a reasonable view of the lake. The staff at reception were great. Nice renovated Hotel in Zug very close to the lake and also the center. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice - some are facing lake of Zug. It is a smaller, nice and cozy place - not that cheap, rather on the higher end of pricing, but this you know before... Actually the Loewe in Zug turns to be an institution. Located at a central place near the lake offer to the clients a unique experience, Swiss quality service, attention and value.
