Very kind people willing to help you out with recommendations. The room is really clean and there’s enough space to have a comfortable stay! It’s pretty close to the station and with the free public transport you can easily ready the station too.

The facilities are rather old, showing signs of having been open for many years. The shower and toilet are separate rooms. There's a bathtub, which is a bit inconvenient as you have to climb in and out to shower. The lake view is beautiful, overlooking Lake Lucerne. Parking costs 15 Swiss francs per night.

I booked three deluxe rooms, but the quality was inconsistent. Two were nice, but one was small, dark, and poorly laid out, and there was no way to change rooms. The hotel restaurant was very good.

The room was clean, and although it's an older hotel, the facilities were quite new. The lake-view room was especially great. The receptionist even lent me a free charging plug, otherwise my phone would be useless. There's a bus stop for route 24 right outside, making it convenient to get to the train station. While our plans changed due to injury just before heading on vacation, we definitely made the most of our Grindelwald trip and were thrilled with the resort's services and location.
