The view from the room facing the lake was great. The breakfast was very good and items from mini bar in the room were free. We have enjoyed our stay.

Window opens directly onto Lake Geneva, and the surrounding area is very convenient. The lake-view restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast options.

However, if distance is a big concern for you, there's another hotel right across the street, something like 'Ao...'. But I'd definitely stay here again next time. The hotel is right near the Wat Phra Singh (Water Tower Flower Bridge) and quite close to the Old City. The room isn't huge, but there's enough space in the aisle to open up two suitcases. The room includes a mini-bar, and the hotel's breakfast is also quite good.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and all the main attractions. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic. It was a really pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is excellent. Just a few hundred meters to the right, you'll find Chapel Bridge, and all the attractions in the Old Town are within walking distance. The train station is also only a 10-minute walk away. We were able to check in early at 2 PM, and the front desk staff was very nice.

However, the bedding seemed a bit unclean, with some very faint marks, possibly not washed thoroughly. I ended up putting a bath towel over it to make do.

The rooms smell terrible- why??! What happened in here to leave an permanent bad smell? The wifi does not work in the room, which is just a deal breaker for business travel. The only perk of this place is that it has a bed. Which makes sense because it's a hotel lol. I Will never stay here again.

Wow! This hotel took me back to the 80s, reminding me of the times I went skiing with my parents. It’s an old-fashioned place, but it’s good enough. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service was decent, and while the breakfast was simple, it was okay.

It's my first time in Geneva. The location of this hotel is very convenient. I was given a free Geneva transportation ticket when I checked in. Although the hotel is old, the bathroom is new and the hygiene is good.

This was a great place to stay. Spotless room, very helpful desk staff, and exceptional breakfast (included) in a lovely dining room. For those who have a car, parking is free. A small downside for those with arthritis in their hands: the soap is liquid in plastic bottles that are very difficult to squeeze. You might want to bring your own bar soap.

We stayed at this hotel for visiting EPFL only one night. Location was quite far from metro station due to the roads being blocked. We took longer time to walk with three luggage. Room was clean but small but it was okay for short stay. Receptionist was friendly.

Land is incredibly expensive in Zurich, so the price and location are quite reasonable. Trains and trams are just a few hundred meters away, and the Co-op is across the street. I saw many crews staying at this hotel. To see Einstein at ETH, take bus 46. Both receptionists were very nice, and the breakfast staff was also very friendly. The front desk service was great, the transportation was convenient, and the room environment was nice. The only problem was that the air conditioner didn't work well. Even when it was turned off, it was still very noisy. However, there was a main switch in the room that could completely turn off the air conditioner, so it stopped being noisy. Overall, it was OK!

Hotel is on the way to the main zurich station from the airport and just a 5 minute walk from oerlikon station. Room was lovely, clean and serviced every day. The staff were all really friendly.

This was the perfect hotel for a solo trip to Lausanne. The single room was perfect for just me, the amenities were great, and it was a 7 minute walk from the train station. Super easy to find, in a great location, and perfect when you don't need a big fancy room just for yourself. Would definitely stay here again.

It was very vary cold around 0 degrees outside and the heater was broken for two days. I didn’t sleep well . I almost changed the hotel. It’s also very old so don’t expect something wow.

The location is excellent, close to the lake. The staff is very helpful and even provides free public transportation during the stay. The furniture in the room feels a bit outdated, and the Wi-Fi signal could be stronger.

The Spa Villa Sassa is a luxury hotel located in Lugano, Switzerland. The receptionist and front desk were very nice and friendly. The pool was very attractive. The suite was big but no concept. The balcony looks over dirty top roof. We asked the front desk to change the room but no response. Modern but boring with exception of bottle of water nothing else. It was a bad option for a hotel and faraway from the center.

Perfect place in St. Gallen and Waterpark It was a lovely stay and if you want to join the waterpark this is a must stay! The entre to the park was included in the price and that was used alot! The hotel was amazing! We enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately the parking lots are not enough, so book them in advance!

The room was clean, breakfast nice (though could have had more options), the balcony was gorgeous and the spa was amazing. It was lacking a few basic amenities like conditioner, a mini fridge, espresso capsules for each day. The room was also quite tight for two people to stay in. But overall this was made up for by the atmosphere of the hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful ski/winter holiday in the Swiss mountains. Fantastic view of the snow-covered peaks from the hotel. Simply fantastic. We'll be back.

Paid for 3 days of half board, only able to eat one time because of reservations. There was no reimbursement. I understand this isn't the hotels fault but the children in the hotel are absolutely unbearable. I slept incredibly poorly the entire time. At least the staff was friendly and helpful at the reception, although fairly inattentive with dining (the one time I was able to enjoy a meal)

Stayed for four nights in a family suite, which was comfortable and large enough, with good service. People in the small city were very welcoming, the food was good, and it was by the lake, and when the sun was out you could see the sunrise and sunset, with nice scenery.

I liked the view of the lake from the hotel, and the breakfast was really good.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the excellent soundproofing! There is a city activity day on the weekend. I know it is extremely noisy outside, but I can hardly hear the sound. In addition, there are Chinese sockets, so there is no need to convert plugs. In short, although it is a bit expensive, it is very cost-effective.

Clean room with large bed. Has nice coffee capsules in the room and bathroom has several shampoos soaps and conditioners. However, complimentary toothbrush, comb kind of supplies were missing.
