Service, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff - everything was top-notch. Even the restaurant and bar prices were reasonable. The hotel is a bit dated, which doesn't mean it's not good, but compared to the Alpen Gold, it might not be the first choice for younger guests. This was originally my father's regular hotel. It is a classic luxury hotel in a good way, unlike the recent cost-conscious American chain hotels.

Nice hotel but a bit clautrophobic. We were asked for a tip when leaving which was very unpleasant. First time it has ever happened and we travel a lot. The hotel should pay decent salaries instead of asking its guests for extra money.

Very clean quiet friendly and helpful staff nice restaurants ambience and amazing waiters excellent food and beverages and the location is super close to tre center however the slop is little fatigued for older people To be highly recommended for all my acquantances

Beautiful rooms, great food and amazing staff. Friendly, welcoming and professional. The place offers everything one come to expect from a reputable palace. Garaging for cars, pool is nice although could be better as quite small. Grounds are beautiful and only a few minutes walk from the center of Gstaad.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great. The hotel is the best I have ever experienced. Certainly coming back to it. We were in between hotels and we choose yours because it had a neat and clean feel to it. We were fortunate and your hotel added to Gstaad experience in the best way.

The overall stay in Park Gstaad was perfect! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The ski shop also had everything you needed. The food in the lobby bar was amazing! Staff were also very friendly and recommended me food and drinks to try. I’m definitely booking again!!! Thank you again ;)

La Réserve Eden is a nice small luxury hotel, very well place in front of the Zurich lake, at walking distance of several points of interest at the heart of the city. I booked a room with a large terrace on the first floor. The terrace is quite nice, although I was not able to fully enjoy it due to the May weather, cold and windy during my stay. A place with history - yet modern - elegant and casual at the same time. Settled almost directly at the Lake. Very close to Opera House surrounded by nice shops and restaurants. Definetly the posher part of Zurich.

WOW! luxury hotel in every sense of the work. Perfectly positioned for walking the city. Lovely staff, very attentive. We had a room overlooking the water and a balcony, very nice indeed. Make sure you have a meal in the restaurant, great experience. All in all 5 star!

I would have given this hotel 5 stars except it is not on the Lake but a main street is in front. I had ordered a room with a lake view with a terrace thinking that there was no street. However, it was quiet at night but I am sure during the summer it probably will be noisy. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is very good.
