This hotel didn't feel worth the price. I booked it for 5500 a night and was assigned a room on the 2nd floor with an extremely poor view. We were so happy in Piz Buin Hotel!!! The room was absolutely spotless clean, sunny, with an amazing view, incredibly quiet, super large!!! The breakfast is a high quality one, with bio products. I would have given this hotel 5 stars except it is not on the Lake but a main street is in front. I had ordered a room with a lake view with a terrace thinking that there was no street. Rooms are overpriced. Service at the spa area is neglected. Otherwise, a beautiful hotel with nice facilities.

We went for the Teatime offering, it was marvellous the food was great the prep was awesome. The staff were friendly and accessible the chef even introduced himself. Amazing experience, highly recommend it. The Hotel is 5 Star it’s beautifully set with a huge Spa and treatment area. You can combine the Spa with the teatime activity. Awesome stuff.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were lovely, very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location very good and central. Parking was included in our voucher, which was great. We ate in the sister hotel restaurant "Pas de l'Ours" and the food and service was great.
