This is an old-money luxury hotel. Wealthy Swiss people specifically come here for lunch. The service is exceptional; they're incredibly responsive, helpful, and super enthusiastic. The rooms are spacious enough, and the location in the old town is very close to the clock tower, just a 10-minute walk to the train station.

The hotel boasts a prime location, situated in a central area, and is housed in a beautiful old building with impeccable taste in every aspect. The restaurant's terrace overlooking the river is also very comfortable. The only downside is that the bed is too small; for such a large room, it would be advisable to make the bed a bit bigger.

It was a lovely hotel. Although it was a little far from Bern station, it was centrally located and easy to get around.

The hotel is great. Compared with most European hotels, the hardware facilities of this hotel are definitely worthy of the five-star rating. The surrounding old town scenery is beautiful.

Disappointed about the quality what a five-star hotel offered. Besides the poor service of first day front staff, the overall experience was compromised by the room temperature and the missing part of their ways of communication. Sad to say, i wont come back.

Service, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff - everything was top-notch. Even the restaurant and bar prices were reasonable. The hotel is a bit dated, which doesn't mean it's not good, but compared to the Alpen Gold, it might not be the first choice for younger guests. The hotel is nice and has a good location. The guys at the entrance who park your car and help with your luggage are very friendly, but unfortunately the blonde woman who attended to us was very rude and at the end, when we checked out, she wanted to charge us again for the room. She was very arrogant, which I didn't like at all.

I was very satisfied. I will recommend it and book it again. Since I don't speak English, there were some initial communication difficulties at reception. I found that disappointing, since we are in Switzerland. One employee spoke good German and was very helpful.

This hotel is a very famous and luxurious hotel in Zurich. It has the ultimate soft and hard facilities of a five-star hotel. 👍👍👍The location is unique and I will stay there again. However, the housing deposit of 200 Swiss francs has not been returned to the original card so far, which is a bit out of touch with work.

It is extremely convenient to travel around the city center of the old town. It is a good choice for girls who want to shop. However, the price is not cheap, about 5,000 to 6,000 RMB per night. I hope the price can be cheaper!

Beautiful stay. the breakfast and the spa were the highlights! The thing that stood out the most among the other hotels was the free ski shuttle and they will also pick you up from the local train station. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

There were two top quality comforters on a super king bed - this was the first time in our decades of traveling experience that we had something like this, like we have in our own home. The location of Eden Rock is simply amazing, with the lake right at your doorstep and a beach that’s hard to beat. It’s stunningly beautiful, and you can easily spend days just taking in the view or making use of the stand-up paddles and kayaks provided. Beware when staying here. The AC in rooms is preset at 24 C with the ability to reduce the temp only by up to 3 C....netting out at 21C best case. The location is great. There are places to go shopping around. It's also close to the old town! Shopping is very convenient! I booked a lake view room, but the balcony is an inner balcony. But the view outside the window is still very good! Recommended!

Alexis from reception is AMAZING! He went the extra mile to make my friend comfortable despite not being able to speak a foreign language. Alexis made sure additional requests such as massages (as the hotel does not have an in-house spa) and courier pick-ups were as smooth as possible. What a man!

The place is very strategic, close to shopping centers and close to my work. It's not wrong to choose a place here, highly recommended for friends who have needs here.
