The sea and the beach were absolutely beautiful, we really enjoyed our time. The staff were very kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. Everything was also very clean, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’ve been very happy with everything so far and would definitely come back.

Great location and a really comfortable, cozy room. No private beach, but that's fine since a public beach is just a short walk away. I'd recommend kayaking to Monkey Beach!

The room was generally quite smelly, and the service was just okay. For over 1400 RMB (around 200 USD), this hotel is severely overpriced and a huge disappointment.

Very convenient location. However, the shower water pressure is quite low and they only provide two pillows for a king-size bed. The room is also rather dark as there is not enough lighting.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Chaokoh Phi Phi Hotel & Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit.

The hotel is perfectly located on the island—just a short walk from the pier and surrounded by great restaurants, which made exploring Phi Phi both easy and enjoyable. Our room offered a beautiful garden view, and being near the pool added to the relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms themselves were spacious, comfortable, and kept spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more pleasant. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged.

Overall, this hotel provided the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. We would highly recommend Chaokoh Phi Phi Hotel & Resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet place to stay while enjoying the charm of Phi Phi Island.

It was very nice hotel in very good location. Everything was fine just we booked room for 3 persons and paid for 3 guests but they charge everything in our room for 2 guests and when we ask to give us water or towel for 3rd persons they refused and said normally we put two pcs but they charge room fee for 3 peoples !!!!

I was scratched by monkeys on the balcony of my hotel room. I was sitting there, looking down at my phone, when suddenly four or five monkeys appeared. A huge adult monkey jumped onto my shoulder, and I let out a bloodcurdling scream that the entire hotel must have heard. The monkeys left two wounds on my back and arm. The hotel staff disinfected me and told me where the hospital was, so we went there ourselves. I got tetanus and rabies shots and had my wounds treated. I stayed at the hotel for a few more days after that, but I never dared to go on the balcony again. Of course, I'm not blaming the hotel for what the monkeys did, but after I was injured, the hotel never checked in on me again, not even to offer a word of greeting or comfort. Not a single word. This is truly an indifferent hotel.

Our room was on the first floor, with only a glass door for privacy, but luckily it was quiet with not many people around. We chose to stay on the island for two nights so we could easily head out to sea the next day. The hotel is super close to the pier, only about a 5-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, but you'll need to walk a bit further to find a 7-Eleven. The hotel has a pool; it's not huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The breakfast was decent; the fried rice and fried noodles were delicious. The fried noodles were actually the best I've had during my entire trip to Thailand! Too bad the breakfast menu changes daily. The room wasn't very big, and the water from both the sink and shower was seawater—the quality wasn't great, it was really yellow and salty. Definitely bring your own shower filter!
