Terrible experience! Looks like a very cheap motel. On the NYE night someone tried to open our door for many times, and fortunately a friend was at the room and screamed, then the person left. I came back to the hotel to understand what happened, I triend to ask for cameras at reception, but they were not very helpful. The bathroom is awful… gets flooded every time you take a shower. At the return to the port, there was no transportation for our bags, and we had to walk by ourselves there.

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and they even arranged breakfast earlier than the usual opening time because we had an early morning flight. We really appreciated the extra care and thoughtfulness.

Overall, it was good. Despite the lively surroundings, the soundproofing was excellent, and the room was very quiet. The service was attentive; the front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, and there was a gentleman who escorted us to our room. Phi Phi Island is beautiful.

I arrived with low expectations due to some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel has an excellent location if your goal is to stay close to the island’s main hotspots — including nightlife, the pier, and restaurants. The overall vibe is young and fun, with a clear vacation energy in the air. Definitely not a place for families.
Yes, the hotel is close to the party scene, so you can hear loud music from your room until around 1 a.m. — but honestly, it wasn’t a big issue for me (even though I’m not a party animal).
The best part? The pool and breakfast buffet, hands down. I stayed nearly a week and the buffet was different every day, which I really appreciated.
The only area that could improve is housekeeping. Sometimes, even when I left the “Please clean” sign on my door, they wouldn’t do it unless I spoke to them directly before heading out. But whenever I did, the room was spotless.
Heads up — you might spot a few insects in the room now and then, but hey, it’s an island! Nothing major.
The staff were also super helpful. A special thanks to Ms. Noon at reception and Sirini (if I’m not mistaken) who was in charge of the breakfast area — both of them were always friendly and willing to help during my six-day stay.

The hotel is very nice and relaxing, everything is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place ❤️

Not a good place for family the music will wake you up till 2:30am every night too much noisy the room we were staying the water pressure was so slow that took 5min bath to 20min and the Bum gun at the bathroom was like knife will hurt you so badly no point of installing when people get hurt so far not a good experience not going back again
