Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort in Phi Phi Island

Good beachfront Resort, the pool is big enough and the facilities are good. Breakfast is very basic and could be much better. They have a very handy service to move your luggage to the pier, which is about 15-20min walking.

I recently stayed at Phi Phi Bay View Resort for one night in a Deluxe Sea View room. The overall experience was pleasant, though I would not classify the property as truly luxurious compared to the price point. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the location—the view from the room was stunning, with beautiful beaches right in front of the property, accessible only to hotel guests. The resort also provides complimentary beach bags for in-house guests, which is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety and quality. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the stay comfortable. However, the washroom facilities felt outdated and could benefit from renovation. Additionally, the main market is a bit far, so walking may not be convenient for everyone. Overall, while the resort’s charm lies in its scenic location and friendly service, the interiors and amenities could be improved to better match the pricing.

This resort is stunning! The staff is friendly, attentive and genuinely want to help. There was a mixup with my room and Leo was so kind to work it out for me. The location is off to the quiet end of Tonsai, higher up on the hill with sweeping views of the incredible beach below. I had a magical 2 days here and can’t wait to return.

We stayed at Phi Phi Andaman Legacy and truly enjoyed our time here. We originally booked for 3 days and ended up staying 8, which says a lot about how much we loved it.

The garden villas were amazing, newer, private little villas that felt comfortable and relaxing. One of the best features was that the pool was literally right outside our villa door, making it incredibly convenient and enjoyable.

Housekeeping came daily, which we appreciated, though a few things could have been improved. The villa could have used a more thorough refresh. Simple things like properly wiping the floors and a deeper bathroom clean would have made it perfect. That said, it didn’t take away from our overall experience.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they met us at the pier on arrival to help with our luggage, which was a huge plus since the hotel is about a 10-minute walk. The location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, and pharmacies, everything you need is just steps away.

Overall, we loved our stay and absolutely fell in love with Phi Phi. Its charm, turquoise waters, and the kindness of the people make it a truly special place. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in the island

It is the best location to live on Phi Phi in my opinion - you have amazing beaches in walkable distance, you can reach the town in 10 minutes. You get wonderful views of the ocean, it is breathtaking place on earth. But it is quite a hike to get to your bungalow, if you live in the 3rd row, so be aware of that.
I read all of the bad reviews: yes, the equipment is quite old, it could be much better. But ac is working, bed is comfy, it is overall clean, you get fresh towels for the beach.
And the fact that there are insects/lizards occationally in the room? Well, you live in the jungle, you have to keep your doors close and you can completely avoid this problem :))
Breakfast is ok, the best part of the bufet are fresh fruit and freshly prepared egg meals - this was amazing, the cooks and service staff are really great :) the dining area is also very outdated, so do not expect luxury and you will be fine.
All in all - I understand the “controversy” of the hotel, it could be in better shape, but you pay for the place and location.

Was a great stay at our sea view bungalow! So nice nature around and beautiful views! The bed was super comfortable! Coffee and tea inside the room. The hotel has its beach 🏖️ very clean and nice! Also a swimming pool! Walking distance to the center. One downside is that the room is not very new but for us it was not a big issue
