If you're going to Charlie, you need to understand that it consists of several very old buildings with small, rundown rooms located within the Princess Hotel. The Princess is an excellent and vibrant four-star hotel with a great territory, location, and beachfront breakfasts that compensate for the inconveniences of poor Charlie. But overall, you get what you pay for.

We was very excited when we book this hotel, when we get our room key we was very upset, room size is very small, they room has no balcony, no cloth dryer rack inside the room or other area , no hair dryer in all are old furniture, Totally very sad when we go there , just they decorated flower bed only. Overall experience is very bad.

Very good located hotel. My room was outdated, however hotel have new rooms, not sure if you can select them during reservation, but try. Amazing breakfast and pool. D Build is near from the street a little noise during night.

Another nice place to stay on Phi Phi. Love the atmosphere here also the breakfast beside the beach.

The location is excellent. However, the room amenities are very old, and the room was uncomfortable to stay in. The exterior and overall outside condition of the hotel are good.

Good recommendations! The location is very good and convenient. The pool area is nice and staff are very helpful, especially Mr.Aim and Miss May. Thank you for makes our stay wonderful. We will come back❤️

Very disappointing stay. The room was old, extremely small, noisy and in terrible condition. It looked nothing like the photos advertised online, which is clearly misleading. The room felt dirty, poorly maintained and far below any acceptable hotel standard.
On top of that, the hotel required and retained a 1,000 baht deposit, even though the room quality was awful. Keeping a deposit while delivering such poor accommodation is completely unjustifiable.
This hotel does not match what is advertised and does not offer value for money. I would not recommend staying here and I strongly advise future guests to be cautious, as the reality is very different from the photos and descriptions.

The location is decent, but I'm not sure if it's because we're Chinese, but both rooms we were assigned were at the very end of the hall. We tried talking to the hotel, but they said they couldn't switch our rooms, even though we checked in at 11:00 AM and the hotel seemed to be mostly occupied by Europeans. Our room was right next to a bar on the street, and it was noisy until 3:00 AM.

Good place , perfect pool with a view , good bug and varios breakfast. There was even a Russian olivier salad for breakfast) Small but clean room. If you book the room near to bar , you will hear music and songs to the morning 😂 however When booking such rooms, they are marked and warned about this.
