Great facilities and very friendly staff. The breakfast is very good, with a mix of Thai and Western options. The plants and water features throughout the whole complex have it a very cozy, tropical feel, even though you’re in the middle of town. The hotel is centrally located within Phi Phi town, if you would like to be close to the action.

Excellent hotel, good location, cozy territory. Nearby there are shops, cafes, bars, but at the same time the territory of the hotel is quite quiet. Breakfasts are normal, always left full. Nearby there is a path to the observation deck.

Lovely accommodation, would highly recommend to others visiting Phi Phi. The pool area was nice. Not noisy either considering Phi Phi can be loud. The room we had was very small but was perfect for the length of time we spent there. Staff were nice too!

Great hotel for the money.

We stayed in a bungalow - the house is a bit shabby, but it is clean and has everything. It was comfortable for us.

Beautiful green area, very quiet. Close to both beaches.

Breakfasts are delicious and included in the price, the pool is clean and warm. There is a bar.

They give towels for the beach and for the pool.

I really liked it. I recommend it for accommodation.

Good hotel, convenient location, everything nearby, 5 minutes to the sea, good pool. Breakfasts are not bad, but the rooms are like in the 90s. The air conditioning works well. Beautiful well-kept territory.

The rooms are good. Each guest can get a separate small house. It is a small villa area located in a small garden. The internal facilities are relatively complete, the water pressure is great, the air conditioning is relatively sufficient, and there is a seat in front of each household. The chairs are available for leisure, the swimming pool is very close and clean, and the restaurant is right next to it

The Casita was like a nature refuge in the middle of the bustling town. Amazingly beautiful and relaxing!

Casita was a great home base for our time on the “town” side of the island. The rooms/facilities are a bit rustic, but that being said it was all executed very well. Pool was great, breakfast (included) was delicious, and the bed was comfy.
Our room and bathroom were a bit small but nothing serious. There were some bugs around but the property has a lot of beautiful vegetation + flowers around so to be expected.

We got a room from a bigger house, not a villa, keep that in mind. The personnel were nice and helpful but DO NOT pay 50€/night for this. The air conditioner dripped water on the bed, the bathroom was dirty, the house was full of ants, breakfast was nothing special. The pool was nice and the location was ok.
The best part was the cute cat at the lobby every day:3

We will always come back to this hotel whenever we’re in Phi Phi.

First of all, we had the best receptionist ever. Her name is Supansa and she deserves the best there. She’s super helpful, attentive, kind and sweet with every guest. Her English is very good and it’s very easy to communicate with her.

The rooms are clean, spacious and the AC works very well. They also provide 1 bottle of water per person per day.

The pool is clean and there are always some sun beds available.

The breakfast is wonderful. A big variety of savoury traditional Thai dishes among other sweet treats.
