The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff were consistently kind and professional. We enjoyed the varied breakfast and the fantastic à la carte restaurant (the best Pad Kra Pao we found in Phuket).
The clean, chill rooftop pool and the added bonus of a sauna/steam room, and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation. This is a quiet and well-maintained retreat just a 10-12 minute walk from Karon Beach. Highly recommended

First of all, I'd like to describe my emotions of this hotel: wow!
1) very clean floors
2) comfortable bed and pillows
3) tv-set and a/c by TCL works excellent, I've just connected my cell-phone to YouTube and enjoyed
4) beautiful view on landscape of Karon
5) very calm location
6) all personal is smart and helpful, young waitresses are cute (additional point)
And, delicious breakfast with tropical fruits and asian+european cuisine!
Also, I want to add: sauna in hammam edition is real superior after hot day of active vacation!
Thank you, friends, we will return as soon as!

me and my friends stayed here for a couple of nights and had such a perfect and genuine experience! the best part was the staff! they were all such kind hearted and amazing people! they made us feel so welcomed! and sun too!!! he talked to us at breakfast and we would run into him throughout the day—he truly wanted us to feel like we were at home and we did! the food was super good and i had an amazing massage as well! would definitely recommend for you to stay here as it gives off such a warm and thoughtful energy!

We enjoyed our stay at Marina Hotel in Patong. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the front tour desk was excellent for booking excursions. The rooftop pool and bar were a real highlight - beautiful views and a nice place to unwind.
That said, the atmosphere leaned more towards families with children. There were quite a few kids shouting and splashing around in the pool, which made it less relaxing. I would have preferred if the hotel catered more to adults or offered a separate quiet area.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, though the pillows could use an upgrade. Cocktails were decent, and the location was very convenient - close to everything without being in the middle of the noise.
A good stay overall, but more ideal for families than couples or solo adult travelers.

1. Accommodations were awesome.
2. Local facility manager named Sun kept the place running super smooth, efficient and at a very high level of quality & service.
3. food quality and variety at breakfast very memorable. In addition, they delivered meals to the room or pool-side at no added delivery cost.
4. Spa and massages available at approximately $15 for a one hour time massage. My wife also had her nails done there and was well pleased.
5. Access to town and beach side restaurants was just a stroll down a small hill maybe five to ten minutes walking. Highway Curry was a great Indian restaurant we tried and would highly recommend.
6. Sun had very good detailed recommendations on daily excursions (like the Bukit elephant experience and the Phi Phi Island snorkeling excursion). Even though Phi Phi had great snorkeling, need to be prepared for pretty tough boat ride to get there and get back.
7. We certainly plan to return here if come this way again. In fact several of the guests we met had been coming to this resort for 10 or more years in a row !!!

Although we stayed in this hotel only two nights, it was truly memorable experience and we wish we stayed more. Starting from very nice polite staff, especially the guy I suppose it s manager who greated us personally and bartender Oliver who made sure service and cocktails were exceptional. We truly appreciate that. Hotel is very nice, calm, far from noise and u can enjoy peace and quiet. There is great spa zone with jacuzzi and rooftop pool which has an amazing view. Room is big with nice balcony from where u hear sound of the waterfall and you see beautiful nature. They serve very good food in the restaurant down, dinner was delicious. I don’t have any bad thing to say about this hotel and I truly recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel experience. Everything is first class. Brilliant genuine staff and incredibly helpful. Uncle Sun is so welcoming and met us at breakfast to really make every day start with a smile. He really gets people together and we made many new friends. The food is fantastic and great value with Thai and many other cuisine types. We tried many dishes and all were good especially the fish. Breakfast is absolutely first class with a lot of options and variety. Truly excellent coffee. The pool has amazing views and was never crowded. It is a nice walk to the beach. Can't wait to come back ! Thanks again to everyone there. Alan.

We had an amazing visit and we're so we'll looked after. The pool is beautiful and all you need for a relaxing day. Ron served us drinks and is so friendly and kind. We traveled with small children so we ate in our room a few times. The thai food is amazing, some of the best I've had. The managers were so kind and we felt so welcomed, anything we needed was provided and our room was cleaned daily as soon as we asked. Would definitely recommend.

Great service. The staff was responsive and accommodating and just plain sweet. Bed was comfy, we had daily room service including mopped floors and fresh towels, even when we requested it late in the afternoon. Hilly but comfortable walking distance (half a mile) to the beach and town. A couple days we just lounged in the pool. The rooftop set up with tables in the pool and a small bar up top is fantastic.
