Beach: public sandy beach 800 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds - fee, towels from the hotel free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

Don't worry and ignore those extremely questionable negative reviews!
The food is great! The pool is great!
We booked a room with a private jacuzzi and a panoramic sea view!
The rooms are huge, everything is clean, and they do a good job cleaning. Communication is excellent!
Some people complained it's a long walk, but I don't understand how lazy you have to be to think a MAXIMUM 7-minute walk to the beach is long. Haha.
It's quiet; no one is yelling outside the windows. You can just relax in the evening or at night, and no one bothers you at all.
We stayed for 5 nights. It was fantastic!!
1) There wasn't enough hot water provided.
2) The rooftop jacuzzi only had cold water, which was truly bizarre as I've never encountered a cold-water jacuzzi before! To make matters worse, the pump for the in-room jacuzzi was also broken and unusable.
3) Many of the facilities were old, worn out, or broken, as can be seen in the pictures.
4) The service was quite poor, particularly at check-out. It took an unnecessarily long time, around 20 minutes, for them to thoroughly inspect the room before processing the deposit refund.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend this hotel.
