Golden Paradise Hotel in Karon

First impression was the hotel was nice, organized and clean. I was greeted by PaPer who went above and beyond to be helpful during my stay among all other staff. The food/ included breakfast I was impressed with. Certainly better than most “continental breakfast”. Hotel has frequent shuttles to multiple beaches that are close by. Rooms were clean and a spacious bathroom. I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for 12 days and loved everything. Nice modern rooms, beautiful views, restaurants and the sea nearby. Free shuttle to the beach every day. I'd especially like to mention the staff: Paper, Sindy, I'tim Fon, Guitar – they're top notch!

I recently stayed here and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff, especially Fon and I’tim, were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is great if you want to stay away from the craziness of Patong but still be close to convenience - there are shops and a 7/11 within a 10-minute walk, and the beach is about 10–15 minutes away. Breakfast was tasty, though the selection was a bit limited. You can also rent a motorbike for 200 baht per day, which is super convenient for getting around.

On the downside, the basic room was quite small, so I ended up upgrading. The TV wasn’t great - only a few channels (no English movie option) and no option to cast from your phone. The bathroom window was another issue, but Fon kindly helped cover it up with a cloth which solved the problem. The gym is tiny, but functional enough for a quick workout. Communication could be tricky at times since English isn’t widely spoken, though using a translator app helped a lot. Lastly, I found the morning phone call asking if we’d come for breakfast before 10:30am a bit odd - it could have disturbed our sleep if we wanted a lie-in.

Despite a few small quirks, it’s a good value stay with lovely staff and a peaceful location - I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a quieter spot near Patong without being too far from everything.

I visited Phuket with friends in September and really enjoyed staying at the Golden Paradise hotel. The rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms, the view is great, and the main dishes at breakfast changed every day and were delicious.
The location is quite far from the main tourist streets, so the only inconveniences are road noise (choose a room away from the street if needed) and the distance to the beaches.

The staff is very friendly!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this stunning hotel in Karon! The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast offered a large variety of delicious food to choose from. The rooms were cozy and very clean. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk from the hotel, and they also offer convenient transportation to the beach. We definitely recommend this hotel and will be back to stay again for sure.

This is our first trip abroad, it was hard to choose hotels.We chose this hotel based on the photos and all this time before our arrival there was anticipation that the hotel would be the same as in the photo.As soon as we entered the hotel, our expectations were met.
The hotel is gorgeous, the service is 100 percent.Very clean, the food is delicious and the staff who work there are very polite.I liked everything, I recommend this hotel to everyone.Special thanks to the staff of this hotel Guitar,Namwhan,Sand,Saifon,Veenus,Thumay .

My stay at the the hotel was simply amazing. Every part of it surpassed my expectations but the staff members deserved a major shout-out. All members were full of positive energy and were always ready to go above and beyond. Namthip, Baifern, Guitar, Namwhan and Sai were extremely welcoming and friendly throughout my staff. They also provided an airport pick up service and allowed an early/flawless checkin. Room was modern and very comfortable with a great view. Breakfast was always fresh and with multiple varity of options everyday. There are few great restaurants, beach and seven eleven within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place and surely stay here on my next trip.

We had a great time here for 4 days stay. The staffs were friendly. The room is clean though they need to check it like if the a/c is working.
Well, the free breakfast it was an A+.
I hope they will improve more in terms of their amenities.

Beautiful modern hotel and exceptionally clean. Daily housekeeping service with 5 star amenities in room. Very comfortable bed with very nice interior. All rooms have private balcony with city and Mountain View. Located about 600-700 meters from Karon beach , small 5 mins walk . But they also provide regular shuttle bus service to/from the beach.
Vast variety of breakfast and coffee, very friendly and attentive staff!!
Will surely come again and recommend all friends and family…
