I stayed in one-bedroom apartment A14. The room needs renovation, the plumbing and furniture are old, the appliances and dishes are dirty, and the air conditioner is noisy. Overall, nothing great except the price.

The apartment is great—it has a coffee maker, a toaster, a shaker, and all the necessary utensils. However, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows face southeast, and the sun illuminates and warms the bedroom 100 percent from 8 a.m. until sunset. Blackout curtains are a must. The blinds don't help at all. And the air conditioner probably hasn't been cleaned in a while; it leaves a nasty smell in the apartment.

Excellent apartments! They have everything you need in terms of kitchenware, even two types of coffee machines (a capsule one and a drip coffee maker). There are two pools and a gym. Plus, there's a shuttle to the beach. Two 7/11 stores are relatively close by, and a Makro is just 10 minutes away, which is super convenient. The only downsides are a very steep uphill climb for the last 80 meters and that cleaning and linen changes aren't included in the price.

The apartment doesn't match the description or the pictures on the website. All the furniture is old and falling apart, there's mold everywhere. It's not a 4-star hotel, 3-star at most. The condo needs a major renovation, or at the very least, wishful thinking! Our mood was definitely dampened, as we arrived at night and had nowhere to go with our suitcases. The bed linen and towels were dirty. The kitchen cabinets were swollen from moisture. The balcony was a nightmare; it was scary to even sit on the chairs, and the paint on the table was peeling. Excellent amenities: two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. But the best part is the sea view from the balcony. We stayed for two days and would have stayed again.

The apartments are excellent for the price. All the necessary kitchen appliances are included, as are large TVs and air conditioning.
In the evening, you can swim in the pool and watch the sunset.
Yes, it's on the mountain, but at least you've toned up your butt.

The room was beautiful overall. However, the road to the hotel was a steep uphill slope (60 degrees). The price was reasonable. The hotel has two swimming pools, both with beautiful views. The location is also good, about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The room was equipped with cutlery, a microwave, a coffee maker, and other appliances.

Aside from the uphill slope, everything was great. Away from the noise, yet relatively convenient, it's perfect for a road trip. The place is spacious, and towels are provided. The terrace is huge, and the view is amazing!

I stayed here 14 years ago with a group of friends as we travelled through Asia, 14 years later I came with my wife and 2 kids and it's just as perfect as it was back then, location is spot on, off the main strip so you escape the noise and hustle and bustle but close enough that everyois walkable, beach is a 5 to 7 min walk, 7/11 convenience store is a 1 min walk, amazing restaurant on the opposite side of the main street (Tom Yum) and bank ATMs on the corner of the street.
The owner/woman in charge is still the same as all those years ago and she's just great super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wether solo traveller, friends, couple or family it's a perfect fit for everyone.

Great budget place to stay. The staff is nice as well. I recommend this accommodation and Karon area for couples.

Stayed here as a family of 5 adults, in 2 rooms. Felt really homely and lovely for my morning walks as close to beach. Lots of food around. Sometimes you get to meet lovely people on your travels and this was one of the occassions with the owner Lek who is just outstanding. She even helped me with the 7 eleven queue(LOL) Also I left my wallet in the safe. Lek made all the arrangements for return and was returned with great honesty and integrity. Very rare to find that in today's world. I will definitely be coming back again for the more homely feel. Thank you all.

You get exactly what is advertised.
Quiet place.
Clean room.
Good location.
Decent WiFi connection.
Don’t come here for your honeymoon, but for a few solo cheap days off-grid in Phuket it’s just fine.

Everything was excellent!!! The lady is very kind and friendly. She helped us with our luggage and we are very grateful for her! ❤️
There are a lot of shops and restaurants near the Guesthouse.
The location is good! Not far from Karon beach. We were very happy to stay in this Guesthouse. Very recommendly!
