The hotel's service, ambiance, and location are all excellent. However, the in-room facilities and cleanliness don't live up to the price. Overall, it's decent for Phuket.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights, and we were really satisfied with our experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and they provided slippers, umbrellas, and beach towels, which were very helpful. Thank you we'll come back

Had a great stay at the glow mira hotel from 31st of March to the 5th of April
Was greeted with a drink and cool towel

Just a stone's throw from Karon Beach, the service here is excellent, and there's always a pleasant surprise when you stay again. This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Phuket. It's affordable and very clean. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel staff's attitude was so-so. I'm not sure if it's towards Asians or specifically Chinese people, but they were genuinely beaming and all smiles with white guests. When I asked for an amenity to be sent to the room, the staff member looked incredibly displeased. However, the hotel's location is undeniably excellent; it's very convenient.

The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the beach; everything else is pretty mediocre. The cleanliness was just okay, and on the first night, I was given a room at the very end, right by the road. It was incredibly noisy, with motorbikes revving their engines so loudly it was deafening.

Our stay at Glow Mira Karon Beach was such a good experience—calm, comfortable, and just what we needed for a proper break.
What we loved most is the location—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by so many places to shop, eat, and explore. Everything you need is nearby, including massage spas, which made relaxing even easier.
Special mention to Ms. Lyn and Dee at the reception for being incredibly welcoming and helpful from day one—she really sets the tone for the whole stay. Huge thanks as well to Ivan and Cherry at the rooftop bar for the great service and chill vibes, and to Jojo from F&B for always taking good care of us.
The rest of the team were equally kind and pleasant—you can really feel the genuine hospitality.
Overall, a place we truly enjoyed and would happily recommend. Grateful for moments like these. 🌴✨

Great service from everyone, especially Nok Yung, Lin and Bee. Rooms are good, however you can still hear some of the street. Location is good, close to everything, perhaps a bit close to the main road. Beautiful terrace with bar. There is a bit of an odd smell coming and going at the reception, sometimes in the room... The hotel should fix that, if possible . It is a nice hotel and it would be nicer if that issue is fixed. It smells a bit like sewage masked with perfume. Sorry, I don't like to be negative, but it didn't make me totally comfortable.

Fast check in and allowed for earlier checked in as well. No issue on cleanliness and facility.Welcoming drink provided. Special thks to management for deco for our wedding anniversary in our room. We requested for housekeeping everyday, we realised that only one face towel provided, anyhow we didn't bother about this because is only small matter. But when we checked out, house keeping asked us to explain about this matter, why missing out one face towel. This made me felt so embrassing and we didn't and even took any single thing from the room. At last, receptionist asked me to fill up the form and refund my deposit 1k baht accordingly. I learned from this issue, next round we have to really check on how many towel provided after the housekeeping. Besides on this, everything is good.
