My room was very spacious for a solo traveller.
View from my room I could see Karon beach and the top of the Big Buddha.
Hotel staff were great with organising tours pick up and hotel transport.
Will definitely be returning on my next visit to Phuket.
Only issue I had was the shower head lacked pressure, preferred the bathtub as it has better pressure and the air conditioning did stop working a few times during my stay, was easily fixed once reported it to reception though.
Great New Year’s stay with a lovely surprise upgrade
I stayed at Andaman Seaview Hotel from 31 December to 1 January with my mother to celebrate New Year’s Eve at Karon Beach, and overall it was a very pleasant experience.
The hotel location is excellent — just across the road from Karon Beach. The New Year’s Eve countdown atmosphere was lively, beautiful, and felt safe, making it a great place to stay with family.
We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded our room, which made the stay even more special. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. My mother enjoyed it a lot as well.
The staff were friendly and polite. The hotel atmosphere was generally calm and relaxing, while still being close to restaurants.
A few small notes:
• Breakfast was quite basic, with standard options
• Parking space is limited, which may be slightly inconvenient for guests driving their own cars
Overall, it was a wonderful way to welcome the New Year and a warm, memorable stay for both my mother and me.
I would be happy to return again in the future. 🌊✨
