A good villa, we rented a villa with 3 bedrooms, we were by car, they provided us with a parking space, the only negative was the smell of sewage in all 3 bathrooms.

We just spent over 2 weeks in Karon beach pool villas renting a four bedroom villa and 2 x 3 bedroom villas with our family. Nam could not have been more helpful and accommodating from the start of our booking experience. The villas were allvery clean with everything you needed and each room has its own bathroom which is great. The villas were cleaned every day during our stay. The staff were friendly and always greeted us when we saw them. It’s a short walk into town but not hard or too much !! Having that quietness around you is fabulous. Grab taxi or bolt is very cheap if you don’t want to walk. We loved it and rated as one of our best family holidays. Highly recommend it and will go back again

Stayed at Karon Beach Pool Villas this May with a bunch of friends—and honestly, we had a blast. Yes, it’s a bit tucked away from the main buzz, but once you’re inside, the space makes up for the distance. The villas are beautifully done—clean aesthetics, thoughtfully designed rooms, and plenty of breathing space. The private pool was the hero of our stay—rain or shine, it was always inviting. Each room felt like a standalone retreat, and the bathrooms? Let’s just say some of us spent more time in there than planned. The kitchen and common spaces were perfect for late-night catchups, and the greenery around added to the tropical calm. If you’re looking to zone out, reset, and bond with your people—this one’s got the vibe. Would I go back? In a heartbeat. Just with a rented scooter or a plan for longer rides.

We requested for extended checkout time of 1-2hrs as we had a late flight. Despite several appeals they declined. They came 15mins earlier during check out at 1145hrs and insisted we leave the villa even though my airport transfer was not there.
There is no hotel lobby and there was no place to wait.
In the end, they allowed us to stay in the living area while they did housekeeping. To make matters worse, as the location was not easily accessible, our transport driver got lost and it was almost an awkward half an hour wait...

We took the 4 bedroom villa. A really nice contemporary villa, pool of reasonable size. 400mtr away from one of the main road in Karon, roughly abt 1km away from beach if walking. AlternativeIy, can either rent a bike or call grab bike. 4 ensuite rooms are nicely done, spacious, just to note, 2 of the rooms are with open bathroom concept with the bedroom. The parking a bit tight but manageable. The kitchen are well equipped with cooking equipment, plates, utensils etc incl oven but no microwave. Overall satisfied with the place and price paid.

I LOVED the comfortable and stylish design of this pool villa. It was gorgeous. And the pool was lovely. I loved that it was cleaned every day and came with toiletries and a welcome fruit basket. The management team were very responsive to any queries or requests we had. It felt very safe and was a reasonable walking distance from the main road with great restaurants, shops and bars.

Check in is little forward than the gate, no signs there. Villa is spacious and clean. Although little red ants are everywhere, even in the bed. They don’t change sheets and towels daily, so after two days it’s not so nice. You don’t get any complimentary water after first day. There isn’t kettle neither. On the last day came administration guy 6:50 am, wanted to check if there are missing glasses or something else broken. Interesting thought of him. And when we started to leave, they took our luggage behind the gate as fast that I felt they didn’t want us there.
