Friendly place!

I really liked the hotel: the room was quite large, with a large, comfortable bed, a TV, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a kettle, and a safe. Everything worked. The room had a balcony with a clothes dryer and a table and chairs.
With the windows closed, the room was quiet; street noise didn't bother me, even though I'm quite picky about noise. If you sit on the balcony, you can hear the sound of passing cars and motorcycles. I always closed the window at night to keep out insects and animals. I recommend it. The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are cozy. The safe is attached to the closet.
The room is cleaned daily: they change towels and linens, and it's spotless every day. They also supply bottled water daily. Thanks to the maid. The bathroom didn't smell, and the window wasn't in the way; there was a screen there, so you couldn't see anything. The water was always hot. There's a microwave at reception. Beer and other drinks are also available for purchase. You can order from their menu.
Location: Located on a very busy highway. The sea is 20 minutes away, and Karon Beach is 1.4 km away. It's not difficult. There's no shortcut, as the hotel grounds there are large and difficult to navigate. I walked for a couple of days, but it was difficult in the heat. Then I started taking a bike taxi (50/70 baht) that takes you to other beaches.
There's a bus service from the hotel nearby. You can take it to Karon Beach, Kata Beach, the Old Town, and the Central Festival shopping center. However, I couldn't get on it. For some reason, the schedule on Google Maps doesn't match reality.
I would recommend the hotel to those who can travel by taxi, bike, or bus, or who are willing to walk a lot. It would be difficult with children. I spent most of my time on the beaches and walking. So, the hotel was mostly for overnight stays. There's no pool. There are tables and chairs in the entrance area and a koi pond. There's a 7-11 at the gas station, a seven-minute walk away, but they don't sell beer or alcohol there. Luckily, these stores are all along the way. I didn't see or hear any neighbors. No one made any noise.

Clean, cozy and economical! Very helpful manager who helped us immediately with any minor problems we had. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!😎

Great place to stay. Cheap and far enough from the town but close enough at the same time to not be crowded

Quite good hotel. The only disadvantage is that you have to walk for about 15 minutes to the beach. Other than that everything is perfect

This hotel has good environment and good rooms.
