Nice and friendly staff. Quick attention to my request of adaptor. The staff was diligent by coming to my room several times just to help to get a suitable adaptor which i really appreciate. Excellent spa and best massage i ever had. Nearby to many restaurants and all convenience shops. I would definitely choose Burasari Phuket if I ever come back again.

Lovely place for couples. Staff are so courteous and it is not just a put on they are genuine. Rooms are lovely and serviced mid morning which is nice also. Great location. Would definately recommend.

My wife and I found this great place by referral from a security guard down the street after being turned away from another hotel . The owner Philip Wood gave us a nice room and even helped us carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs at 03:00 . The room is nice with all the amenities and more. The staff is very professional and courteous we will be back. Thanks again Philip !
