I really liked staying here. The hotel is simple, but everything is absolutely perfect. The location is convenient. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. A wonderful inexpensive hotel, located a 7-minute walk to the sea, the room has everything you need. Good breakfasts, there is a children's room, a tennis table, a gym, billiards (60 batts). I definitely recommend it, for your budget 10 out of 10.

The views are the best place about this place. We were shown to a room at the bottom so it's quite a hike up for breakfast. Once there the breakfast isn't really worth the hike. The building is extremely old and poorly maintained, with visible damage everywhere. The room had a constant damp and musty smell. The bed, pillows, and sheets also smelled heavily of humidity, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. We chose this hotel because of its location and the positive reviews, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience for us.

A very good stay. It's super convenient, just across a small road from the beach. I stayed for one night. Luggage storage is available, and breakfast was decent. An airport bus stop is just a short walk away.

Rested in 2017 The hotel fully meets expectations: inexpensive, clean rooms, well located relative to the center, close to the beach. The reception has Russian-speaking staff, which is a big plus. However, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows face southeast, and the sun illuminates and warms the bedroom 100 percent from 8 a.m. until sunset. Blackout curtains are a must.
