My friend and I stayed there, and everything was perfect. The food and staff were fantastic. There's a bar, pool, and laundry on site.
Cons: construction on site (but quiet in the evenings), linen change once a week, and outdated amenities.
Otherwise, everything was great. The location is magical, the grounds are spacious, taxis and bikes arrived and picked us up (you just have to book transportation a little in advance). The location makes the hotel grounds very pleasant to be in, as it's not stuffy in the heat. We were delighted.

I checked into this hotel on January 14th and experienced absolutely the worst accommodation of my travel career for the following reasons:

1. Serious health problems: After checking in, I developed a severe, dense itchy rash all over my body (especially my wrists, arms, and legs) after using the hotel towels, making it impossible for me to sleep all night. I had to purchase antihistamines and topical ointments myself (I have photos and receipts as proof).

2. Pest infestation in the room: During my stay, I repeatedly found small flying insects in the room and even on my clean clothes. This confirms that the hotel has a pest control problem, and it was not an isolated incident.

3. Negligence and shirking of responsibility by the hotel management: The hotel's handling of this matter was extremely disappointing. They only performed surface cleaning, refused to provide professional cleaning for my soiled clothes, refused to cover my medical expenses, and refused to provide any compensation for the completely ruined accommodation experience. They used delaying tactics to try to make guests give up their rights.

4. Forced to end the trip early: Due to deteriorating health conditions that could not be resolved, I had to cut my vacation in Phuket short, suffering significant financial and emotional losses.

5. Extremely warm towards European and American tourists, but extremely cold towards me; they wouldn't even help with my luggage, and they were rude to me throughout check-in.

I am leaving this review not for compensation, but to warn future guests: this hotel suffers from systemic failures in basic hygiene, health and safety, and guest care. If you value your health and well-being, please choose carefully.

Quiet and beautiful location, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Overall, everything was super. The only drawback: the path to the hotel is quite a steep hill. The route is scenic, but it's something to keep in mind.

A wonderful place to relax in complete peace and quiet.
We initially booked a short stay, but the atmosphere was so calm and peaceful that we extended our trip for another six nights. The hotel is tucked away in the greenery, and you can truly unwind: no noise, just nature all around.
The room was clean and cozy, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the grounds themselves feel like a little corner of paradise. Ideal for those looking to recharge, take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, and simply live in harmony with the jungle.
We would definitely return.

An excellent and beautiful resort nestled in the jungle. The atmosphere is incredibly tranquil, the food is delicious, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Bamboo, the resident dog, is warm and welcoming—always ready to greet guests. The owner is kind and hospitable. We had a wonderful stay in the villa. This is truly a must-visit, located just minutes from downtown Karon.

Superb hotel. Best sunset ever, open air yoga classes for free twice a week, good food, surprisingly zero mosquitoes, nice swimming pool, very quiet and beautiful. Only handicap: if you are old or not in good shape you better ride a bike or car to go up, by walking took us 20 mins down to the beach and +25 going back uo the hill.

if you are traveling for few days I won't recommend. because the hotel is located in hill. so you have to walk around kms to get down or have to call taxi every time you go out. some taxi can't arrive. pool is good. restaurant is good. but it's villa so there is no daily cleaning you have to clean the room by yourself. but sometimes it's good no one will knock your door. i'll recommend this hotel to groups or family. the villa has enough space to share and everyday's taxi fee will be fine for groups.
