The resort is on a cliff overlooking Karon Bay, just a five minute walk from Karon beach. It features cosy accommodation and an outdoor pool with panoramic views. Simple hotel for a romantic or active holiday.

Location: over the Northern end of Karon beach on the slope, 250 m from the sea, 2.1 km from the tourist area of Karon, 5 km from the nightlife centre, Patong beach, 48 km from Phuket airport.
Consists of a complex of bungalows.
The hotel has 38 rooms, 2-story building near the road (standard room), 3-at the pool house downstairs and a 1-story Bungalow.
Beach: public sandy beach is 250 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Sun beds, umbrellas - for a fee. The beach is 3 km away.

Breakfast is offered at the Resort. But people mostly spend time at the Beach having food from the Shaks. Reasonable pricing.
THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL IN PHUKET
Unhygienic - cockroaches, no water, dirty
Booking confirmed/fully paid via MMT but reception guy gave rooms to foreigners for overpriced amount and denied us the rooms,declined the booking ID confirmation...literally begged/requested to get a servant room for a night
The resort is a collection of buildings all built into the side of a hill overlooking Karon beach in Phuket. To get to the beach you descend a winding path of steep steps which is ok but climbing back up to your room would test an experienced mountaineers endurance. I had to stop several times to get my breath back. The rooms themselves are poorly maintained with multiple insects inside when I arrived, including a gecko. Lots of squashed mosquitos on the walls from previous guests.The toilet overflowed when filling back up with water , banged my head twice on the low bathroom doorway and shower switch on wall just above shower is an electrocution waiting to happen. Would advise anyone to book elsewhere as view's alone are not worth it!
A soul lifting atmosphere is created by aged forestry, sounds of birds partnered with calming waves and a expansive deep blue sea view.
All staff were incredibly helpful, patient and kind, a special thank you to the host for a warm and generous welcome. I truly in love with the place.

And be ready for some stairs, nature's beauty ain't easy!
The hotel facilities are old and tired but see past that. The staff are kind and friendly and there is a family atmosphere. From the maintenance men to the maids everyone is lovely. There are lots of steps. For an old man like me that’s great. I earned my breakfast. If you don’t want to walk hotel reception is available 24/7 on WhatsApp and sends the little jeep. If you don’t like noise ask for a room away from the road. I did and they put me at the bottoms of the hill with a huge balcony and 30 seconds from the pool.
Not really suitable for very young children or the elderly or infirm but for everyone else, Go for it! Don’t expect five star facilities but the location is EPiC and the staff are wonderful. Enjoy!
The coffee was super. Rooms clean and tidy. View vòrratu. Who ylekaal of can be tànu jàrskudele stairs and teededele even weight to lose. The beach 5 min to make. The view of the whole resort on the breathtakingly beautiful. That can only be experienced ?
