Location is great, close to kata beach but very quiet.
Accommodation is clean and has all the facilities required.
The people don't speak much English but it is a Thai home stay after all! I found the accommodation ideal for the cost. Would stay again. Many thanks 😊
It’s kinda noisy if you stay in the room next to the street. Recommend A7 if you prefer a quiet room to stay. It’s also kinda far from the beach because of the wall built by a hotel, so you have to walk around the wall which triples the journey time. 20 mins is needed to reach the beach on foot.
We stayed there in October 2014 for about 2 weeks. The beds were hard, noisy, worn out, we had to change room 3 times as all the beds were no good, even the last one we were not satissfied, bassically there were no good beds there.
The shower was right next to the toilet and had no cover, so when showering the water went everywhere, good luck for someone using the toilet at the same time. And had to manually turn the hot water system or the boiler on.
The TV signal was bad and had very small TV's from the 80's.
Will never stay there again.
