Great hotel. I had a problem and the staff were very happy to help so that I was comfortable with my stay. I will stay again. I also had a very nice coffee from a place that was only 5 min walk away.

Reception is very nice, thoughtful, friendly person. Also, I booked tour inside the hotel. He called taxi and introduced politely the direction of tour.
7 eleven is near the hotel, like less than 1 min walk away from the hotel.

The location is just perfect for first-timers. A 7-11 nearby, a few miles to Pratunam market and Platinum mall. Not busy at night and very peaceful.

However, the do get a lot of rules such as no smoking etc which of course is why the room are cleaned. Running water and shower is a bit low.

The breakfast didn’t meet my expectation at all. There are a few options but I’d rather buy from 7-11.

Other than that, it’s quite a good catch for Bangkok.

It's super convenient! The 7-Eleven is really close by. The room was clean and didn't have any strange smells. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and get a massage nearby. The night market and everything else is also close, so you can pretty much walk everywhere.

This was my third time staying here, and I'm still very satisfied. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day, which I really appreciate. The location is incredibly convenient; you can walk to Siam Paragon or the Pratunam morning and night markets. There are also plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby, and the hotel even offers massage services in the lobby. I was especially happy this time because I got my preferred room number! ^_^

the location is great. but need to walk around 10-15mins to go to bts. nearest bts would be Phaya Thau station. 7e is near everywhere. massage also near. good place to stay. even inside the hotel got massage shop.

The hotel was nice. Located in the heart of Pratunam city. Walking distance to Platinum Mall and Pratunam market. Near to 7-Eleven and restaurants as well.

The hotel is located in Pratunam. While a bit of walking distance from the market, this provides an advantage in terms of being located in a more quiet area. The the hotel itself is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room is spacious. Bathroom is clean and the water pressure was good. There's a spa in the first floor which offers massage up until 1:00 a.m. The breakfast choices were basic but very good already to start today. Wi-fi was decent and there are a number of restaurants nearby. Overall we had a good stay.
