Great facilities, confidence and cozy room
Everything was perfect except for m
Additionally, it was impossible to sleep until around 11:30 PM due to loud live music every night in the open restaurant area on the first floor. The noise level was unacceptable and significantly affected my comfort and rest.
The only positive aspect of my stay was the gym, which was very good.
Given these issues, I do not believe the experience reflects the standards expected, and I kindly request appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.

However, it seems the hotel might be a bit old. While the facilities are well-maintained, they are dated, with almost no smart devices. The TV doesn't support screen mirroring, and the curtains and toilet are all manual. For nearly two thousand [currency], I think there's room for improvement.
I truly regret not canceling then. I ended up staying for 3 unpleasant nights, feeling so foolish and too accommodating! Not only was the hotel noisy and smelled strongly of paint, but the massage was terrible too. The front desk offered me a complimentary 30-minute massage, so I went. I ended up extending it by 60 minutes, paying nearly 5,000 Thai Baht, almost 1,000 RMB. After I paid and the massage began, it was genuinely awful. It was so much worse than the 500 Baht street massages I'd had before! At that moment, I was furious. I couldn't get a refund once it started, so I just gritted my teeth and endured it. I even switched two therapists halfway through, but it made no difference. Afterwards, I just left in a huff!
Sigh! What am I supposed to do? As a loyal Trip.com customer, this trip to Thailand has left me speechless!

The design of the hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and feature touches of Thai heritage, complemented by plenty of greenery throughout the property. This creates a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere that I really appreciated.
