Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is a bit older, but the room was still comfortable and in good condition. The room size was actually quite nice—not too small, with enough space to feel comfortable during the stay.

The location was definitely one of the best parts. It was very convenient and close to many places, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

At first, I noticed a slight smell in the room, but the staff handled the situation well and kindly changed my room for me without any trouble. I really appreciated their quick response and helpful service.

The staff were polite and accommodating, which made the overall experience much better. Even though the hotel is older, the good location, decent room size, and helpful service made it a comfortable stay.

I would still recommend it for travelers looking for a convenient place to stay with good value for the price.

We have stayed at this hotel for about 2 months on and off and when we left I got quite emotional. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, attentive, open doors for you. It made our stay very enjoyable. The gym staff are really helpful too. Lovely gym and pool which we used every day.
We were upgraded to a lovely corner room with amazing views and space.
You have to accept that this is an aging hotel hence the competitiveness of the accommodation. Ideally the hotel will gradually renovate the rooms.
Location is great. Shame the restaurant food is awful but they do a nice coffee latte.

Our stay at four wings hotel was great and the food was delicious, the staffs were great and they helped us settling our things for my baby.

Service was good specially the breakfast i love that. But the bed is not that much comfy and they also need to provided extra pillow .

The facilities are a bit old-school, with an outdoor pool and gym. Breakfast is plentiful. The pool is 1.8 meters deep, so be careful.

Hotel is around 30 years old but offers a good Value property at a fair price.

The hotel has over 300 rooms and is fully staffed and if any issues arise in the room can be corrected.

The hotel location is about a 15 minute walk to the closest BTS (elevated train) station.

The hotel is within 10 to 15 Minutes walk to grocery stores, restaurants and malls.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent, hotel, i was very impressed with the service, the swimming pool is also amazing, cleaning are kind & friendly, front desk was very helpful, a small coffee shop in the foyer, rooms are big & spacious. If you love malls this is walking distance to Emquartier & Emsphere with a 7/11 at your doorstep.
