The hotel is well located but is old with bad smells. Rooms need to be refreshed frequently

The room was spacious and very clean. Although it was a bit noisy, that's just how Bangkok is, and I got used to it after two nights. The facilities were a bit old, but that didn't bother me. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection.

before today the unpleasant incident happened, I found this hotel is very good, except the location if you prefer live nearby the central world shopping mall or night market
The room is very spacious, and well equipped with the washing machine and kitchen, if you prefer to stay for more than a week, this become quite useful.
However, I was shock to observe one incident that blow my mind off completely and will reconsider to stay at this hotel again.
I was having a breakfast and noticed one lady use her used fork repeatedly to taste the fruits on the fruits tray, before deciding to put it into her plate.
She tasted the fruit first, then used the same fork to try a few more from the tray before taking it.
The hotel staff noticed her actions but did nothing to stop her, and I have to inform the staff to dispose all the remaining fruits and replace with the new one. A few other guest also saw it, and we were stunt by this lady action.
The room is very spacious, and well equipped with the washing machine and kitchen, if you prefer to stay for more than a week, this become quite useful.

Fantastic location, super convenient for getting to all the attractions and shopping malls. My family and kids all loved it.

Good:
Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
Kids club was great with very nice staff.
Rooms were spacious.
Upgraded rooms are much nicer with updated styling and proper showers.
Bad:
The property looks much older than the edited photos, especially the very dated kitchen areas.
Not suitable for kids — the railing outside the elevators had footholds, which felt very unsafe.
Floors were extremely slippery from the pool area through to the bathrooms and showers.
Standard room showers are poorly designed (doors open the wrong way and hit the shower head) and not practical for larger guests.
We tried to clarify room differences before booking but couldn’t get clear information due to communication issues.
Pool was always freezing, even on hot days.
Golf simulator requires you to bring your own clubs (no hire available).
Breakfast was the worst part — food was cold (including the eggs), bacon was rock hard and inedible, and the selection was very limited.

The room is huge and new as it renovated, but it quite a distance walking to BIG C with a toddler,

Location pretty good, near to Central Embassy. Lane is quiet at night, no massage around the corner though.
Aircon is pretty noisy at night, bed is quite hard too but for the price, it’s considered a steal

Very good location. Less than 10 min walk you can reach to central world, central embassy and big C.

Got a few upgrade from the hotel to their newly renovated room. The 85” inch tv is fabulous and able to watch YouTube and Netflix.
The room is bright and everything is so nice.
But, there is some pointers to improve
1. Bathroom ＞ the shower head is leaking so when showering using shower head with hot water the rain shower will drip cold water
2. Door ＞ you need to close tightly. As the door may not open well if did not close tightly

For the price at that location is a very good choice. The room is equipped with microwave and washing machine and there is coin laundry available too. Will still come back if I want to stay near central worl

The worst experience in this hotel.
I was injured by a sharp edge on the bathroom glass, which led to a cut on my toe and bleeding at this morning.
We urgently needed to purchase medicine for bandaging the wound and requested to check out by 2 PM, but our request was rejected by your staff.
This refusal has left us feeling quite frustrated, especially given the circumstances.
We only needed a little extra time to attend to my injury, which we believe is a reasonable request.
No apologize from hotel and felt disappointed with all. Service, Hotel culture & facilities.
However we were chased to leave ASAP when we bandaging the wound as it kept bleeding.
It is disappointing that the hotel has shown such a lack of understanding and consideration for our situation and feelings as customers.
