9/10. Very good location. Everyone was super friendly and the hotel is very clean. This hotel didn’t get 10/10 because of the pillows …. We had 3 different rooms and the pillows were so bad. Each of us had two pillows and they are so old and flat. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The room felt a bit damp, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of luggage, and they even assisted us with booking a car.

Great spot - always friendly staff. One of the floors was a smoking allowed floor so if you do not like that make sure you make it aware. Food delivery to the room was fast and friendly

Room is spacious, comfortable and cosy. But the pillows are too soft. Location is ok, near Terminal 21 shopping mall. Walk from the hotel to the Mall or BTS station is about 8-10 minutes.

One of the best if not the best hotel in Sukhumvit 15 very safe and reliable lovely spacious rooms and the staff are all amazing from the receptionists to the security to the cleaners everyone was amazing enjoyed my 2 weeks, definitely coming back and would highly recommend

We stayed there for 6 nights and it was a pleasant stay. Rooms were good, location was also accesible with public transport or taxi. The hotel also has a executive lounge which we had access too and serves drinks and snacks. The breakfast was elaborate with Indian, Asian, halal, continental options. We also ate at the restaurant where the food and drinks were good and the staff was amazing who attended us, overall the staff is so nice and takes care of every need. Pool is on the 8th floor and the hotel has a gym as well. There is a free chocolate hour every evening, we didn’t use it but it seems it was enjoyable.

The stay was wonderful, with excellent connectivity to the Metro and Subway. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. We felt very relaxed. Boy hosted us most days, providing consistent helpful assistance—from planning our activities to ensuring we stayed on schedule. We will definitely return.

I recently stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok while traveling on my own, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. From start to finish, everything about my stay was exceptional.
The staff were truly amazing—incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. I felt so well looked after, which meant a lot as a solo traveler. A very special mention must go to Alan the doorman, who was absolutely outstanding. He was always there with a warm welcome, helpful advice, and genuine kindness. Alan made such a difference to my stay—he went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and supported every step of the way.
The Executive Club Lounge was a real treat. The breakfast was delicious, the afternoon drinks were a lovely bonus, and the staff in the lounge were just as warm and welcoming as everywhere else in the hotel. It became a peaceful daily retreat and a great way to start and end each day.
My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It felt like a little haven in the middle of the city—stylish, clean, and quiet.
Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The combination of top-class service, a great location, and the most wonderful staff—especially Alan—made it an unforgettable solo stay. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone, especially fellow solo travelers looking for a place where you’ll truly feel cared for.

i love staying in movenpick they always surprise us , we celebrated my husbands birthday they surprise us when we come back from tour they give my husband a small cake and a bed of roses .. we are so happy , and we also love the food they serve every morning in breakfast buffet .. We will surely comeback .. movenpick is the best choice there is also atm machines nearby and a lot of Clothes store nearby and restaurants ..
