Stayed here for a night and it was fine.

Pros: Room was big, clean and WiFi worked fine. Hot water shower pressure was good. Easy to get to from airport and good transport links with BTS (SkyTrain) and MRT (Subway). Aircon was great and room was quiet.

Pool was decent (but can be shaded from sun because of surrounding buildings). Gym was fine but pretty dated with old, basic machines. There's a 7 eleven next door.

Cons: Hotel has a bit of faded grandeur - corridors are a bit dark and it lacks character. If you're walking, Soi Sukhimvit 4 can be very busy and chaotic at night (especially at the weekend) - it can be also be a bit seedy.

Had a great stay here at Dynasty Grande! Location is good although the street outside very busy! The staff lovely and the pool and gym quite good also

For staying in the Nana area the location is very good. It is close enough to everything there, but in a side road, so that it is usually not so noisy and in most rooms it is possible to sleep without being disturbed by noise. I don`t care about breakfast and there are many options for eating at places around, so this aspect was not important for me.

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Nana Plaza, yet it's relatively quiet tucked away in a back alley. You can take a shortcut to the BTS station, which is very close, just a 5-minute walk. The staff were very welcoming and allowed me to check in two hours early, which was great, as the room was ready. The room itself was decent, nothing spectacular but perfectly functional.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. The property looks very old and run-down. The rooms are outdated, not well-maintained, and not properly cleaned. For the price they charge, the quality is far below expectations – it's absolutely overpriced for such old and dirty rooms.

I booked a room for two people. I had my passport with me, while my friend only had a digital photo of his ID. Despite this, the hotel staff refused to let us check in. They showed no flexibility, no willingness to help, and were completely rigid in their approach.

To make matters worse, they refused to refund the booking, even though we were not allowed to stay. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire interaction.

Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this place – there are far better options in the area that actually respect their guests and provide the level of service you pay for
