Reviews
I will definitely stay in this hotel if I visit Bangkok again.
We are very frequent travelers around the world and stopped in Bangkok for a 2 day stopover and this hotel is one of the highlights of our trip
It's brand new, rooms are very spacious and modern, the stuff os genuinely very, very, very friendly.
The location is near subway and mall-cluster of Bangkok downtown
I would like to especially point out breakfast. It got everything, it is fresh, they even do homemade jam
Also WiFi is really fast. Got like ~500 mbit/s download/upload. Great for remote work
Our room had view of Bangkok with no obstruction and we can even spot Wat Saket in evening. And don't get me started about sunsets - the windows were facing west
I would strongly recommend going here even more than 5 star options out there. Will definitely return
The pool is lovely, and the view from the Paradise Lost bar on the top floor is pretty good; the hotel also provides a 20% discount coupon.
Breakfast was quite substantial, meeting normal 4-star hotel standards. The front desk staff who checked us in were very welcoming, and the restaurant staff and bellhops were all very polite. However, the staff member who handled our check-out was unfriendly and had a stern face.
Staff were very friendly.
And I love the surrounding.
I stayed there because of the concert.
Facilities: Comprehensive
Hygiene: Very high
Environment: Super good
Service: Everything you could ask for
Not many Chinese guests, mostly foreigners, haha.

The place is really clean and comfy, with wide beds, curtains for privacy, and solid Wi-Fi. What stood out to me was the setup for digital nomads: big lockers, actual desks and chairs in the dorms, and a chill common area with work-friendly vibes and power outlets. Plus, free drinks and it’s right near NapLab, one of Bangkok’s best co-working spots.
It's not a party hostel, but still social enough if you smile and say hi. It's also gay-friendly—there are male-only dorms which some LGBTQ+ folks might appreciate.
A few things to note: no lift (so prepare for stairs), no free breakfast, and the road noise can be a thing—bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
Honestly, for the price, location, and comfort, it’s a total win. Perfect for solo travelers, remote workers, or anyone who just wants a clean, convenient spot without the party chaos.
When I first got there, the staff didn't greet with smiles or seemed interested. Didn't speak much or explain anything. Maybe I just had bad luck with people there, but everyone was really grumpy. Tried talking to a few people, even just saying 'Hello', and all I got was a weird look. This attitude also reflected into their room etiquette as it almost became a competition on who can stay up the longest and make the most noise.
Maybe I was unlucky... but I truly have never felt so out of place in a hostel in all my years of travelling.
I would say this is a great place if you like being alone and not socialising. But to all solo backpackers looking to meet new people and make new friends in this amazing city, I would highly recommend staying away from this place. Needless to say, I certainly will not be coming back!
However...
The common room was set up like a staff cafeteria, no sofas or comfy spaces at all.
Staff were OK but just completely uninterested in us, and not like the usual hostel vibe. No activities and runs like a formal hotel. The type of people this hostel attracts are just those who want to be by themselves (anti-social) or people who are there for business.
So, if you want somewhere really quiet, this is the place for you. Although it won't be quiet when you go to sleep, with people coming in and out at all hours in both our dorm rooms. Even though this is normal for a hostel, it was just not expected from a quiet place like this.
In regards to location, yes, it's really central, which is handy, but there is no culture here.
