A wonderful oasis of peace in the heart of Bangkok! Perfect breakfasts, a saltwater pool, and a waterfall. Excellent service and friendly staff. Cons: the bed is so comfortable you don't want to leave it 😄 And there's a whole pillow menu to choose from. They even gave me a delicious dessert for my birthday! A special thank you! ❤️

Service: The service was so-so. When we booked, we were clearly told the hotel had an executive lounge, but upon arrival, it was gone. There were no Chinese staff at the front desk, only one Thai who spoke some Chinese. He told us that if we wanted to use the lounge, we'd have to pay an extra 400 baht per person.

The hotel is superb! It's a bit set back from the main streets, but it's very quiet. There's a large and beautiful shopping center nearby. The staff is very responsive to all requests. I really liked the fitness room, and the pool is nice and located in the garden. I recommend it!

Wonderful hotel!!!! We were upgraded to a two-room suite. The bed was excellent, the linens were snow-white. The breakfasts were beyond praise. The courtyard is cozy and has a pond. I highly recommend it.

There's no 24-hour staff. You need to make an appointment for late check-ins or early check-outs. The place is very new and has a warm welcome. There's no private parking; you have to park in the alley. There's no room service, like a hotel. It feels more like a luxury apartment. Many phone numbers are offered on various websites. It's very difficult to contact staff or the building manager.

Located in the heart of the city, yet it offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect place to fully rest and recharge. The staff were professional and friendly, and the room condition was excellent.
I especially enjoyed the diverse and healthy menu options at the 'Nourish' restaurant for breakfast. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Khun Wat. He was incredibly kind and welcoming to my children during breakfast, which made our morning even more special. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

No staff available 24hrs. Have to make appointment for late check in or early check out. The place is very new and has a warm welcome feeling. No private parking space, have to park in the alley. Our family suite was great, spacious, comfortable, kids love the bathtub. Only complaint I have is the bathroom tile can get slippery which is not great for elderly.
We liked the gym facility - very well equipped.
Location was okay if you don't mind walking 10 minutes to the nearest BTS/shopping mall, we had no problem calling Grab to get to somewhere. The hotel shuttle to Central could be better with 30 mins interval instead of 60.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great and a lot of varieties. Gym and swimming pool are very good as well. Shuttle service is very convenient. Location of this hotel is very ideal in Bangkok. Strongly recommended.
