As a five-star hotel, the Ascott truly excels with its incredibly thoughtful service. The infinity pool with its Bangkok city skyline views is stunning, and the facilities, both inside and outside the rooms, are top-notch. It was a really fantastic stay.

The location is quite convenient, and overall it was a good stay. The pool and room were great. The breakfast at the high-rise restaurant had a fantastic ambiance and a wide variety of options, though the food quality could use a slight improvement.

Great experience at Ascott Embassy Sathorn. Front office & service staff were so attentive & efficient, probably one of the best Ascott properties we had stayed at so far. Loved the gym!

Very nice hotel. Bed super comfy. Breakfast intercontinental and Asian - very good with nice views. Pool refreshing. Gym equipped very well and professional. Would recommend!

I was very satisfied with my first stay at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The rooftop restaurant had a great ambiance, and all the staff were incredibly warm and polite. A special shout-out to the dark-skinned, big-eyed gentleman at the front desk who spoke Chinese; he was exceptionally polite and even helped me book a restaurant – thank you! On the first day of Chinese New Year, there was even a lion dance performance. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit! If I had to pick a fault, it would be the location; Sathorn Road right outside the hotel is incredibly congested, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The hotel's location is decent, but there aren't any restaurants nearby, and even the 7-Eleven is a bit of a walk. The room amenities are complete, but housekeeping didn't clean the room on the first day, nor did they restock supplies. I called three times to request them, but they still didn't bring everything I asked for.

I stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year, and it offered great value for money. The breakfast was also good, and our room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I imagine the price would be even more competitive during off-peak times.

Very nice room and ok service, the pool is alright but a bit small and has no sun, the gym is alright but not great, breakfast is really not good, bread is not fresh it was quite a disappointment so I’ve skipped it for most of my stay.

Liked · Before 24 hrs of check in. We received an email for a bid to an upgrade. We got the upgrade for a one bedroom apartment which was absolutely amazing. It had a kitchenette with all appliances, a spacious living room and bedroom. We asked for decrease ac temperature and they sent an engineer right away to fix that for us.
Disliked · The below bar RIM was not mentioned in the hotel description which made going out at night with a child a little shady. As we are muslims, conservative and having a child to see a night bar is not acceptable. Additionally, the selection of the breakfast had very minimal options for Muslims and even generally. The bakery selection had only TWO options croissants and blueberry danish. For a 5-star hotel with the price of the breakfast. I believe the breakfast needs an upgrade. Also, the kids club had literally a total of 5 toys and a TV. There was nothing additional to it, i even asked the reception of there are any additional activities and they said no.

Everything is good, but maybe too far from the city, but there are many way from the hotel that the hotel gave you to go to the city
