This Hotel is considered 4/5 stars...it's nonsense. It's the WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. I booked this at the last min because I needed a hotel for the night. However, the staff upon check in are arrogant, sarcastic and rude. The staff at the bakery is completely ignorant. The rooms are old. The bathroom is tiny and clearly hasn't been maintained for along time. The hair dryer is broken and you can see the wires on the inside. The shower was broken. Not much hot water. The lights didn't work.
The check out was long. The staff are really delayed and clearly don't care much about anything. It's not a 4 star. It's a 2!

It was okay! It has a traditional Thai classical style, but it lacks a modern touch.

Pros: Good breakfast with Indian flavor
Cons: Location is a bit isolated. No restaurant and the airport train is a good 20 mins walk away in a dimly lighted street that feel unsafe. Bathroom is a bi dirty and t dated and the bath tub is broken. The trap is not working properly.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had in Bangkok. The facilities are run-down, and the air conditioning, as mentioned online, is incredibly noisy. It definitely doesn't match its star rating. To make matters worse, I accidentally double-booked on the platform, and they flat-out refused to issue a refund, costing me an extra 600+ baht for one night. Absolutely terrible, I'm taking this complaint all the way.

The room was quite spacious, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. Plus, there was a lot of noise in the hotel hallway past 1 AM, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It seemed like many Indian tour groups were staying there. However, the breakfast was decent.

I was quite hesitant in booking this hotel because of the reviews I read and quite low rating. But I am glad that I booked this hotel. It’s an old hotel but well maintained. The pillows, sheets and towels are very clean. I had a comfortable sleep. They also have complimentary toiletries, water, coffee and tea. The staff service is excellent. For me, great deal for its price. 👍

I really liked this hotel and the environment around it is also very nice and most importantly the main shopping and mall is just a short distance from the hotel so me and my friend are happy.
