Great value hotel in a great location. Really easy to get around to all parts of Bangkok and beyond. Breakfast was great and the variety was excellent. One thing to note is that the sunloungers by the pool are metal with no cushions and can be very uncomfortable after a while. For staying in the Nana area the location is very good. It is close enough to everything there, but in a side road, so that it is usually not so noisy and in most rooms it is possible to sleep without being disturbed by noise. I don`t care about breakfast and there are many options for eating at places around, so this aspect was not important for me.

First off, the location is great – lively yet peaceful, and it's super convenient for finding food and taking the light rail. Secondly, the room wasn't small and was very clean. The location is excellent, very close to BTS Phrom Phong Station. Rong Tiao restaurant is right across the street and next door, just a short walk away. The fridge is restocked daily with complimentary mineral water, sodas, and beer. The only drawbacks are that the washing machine's dryer function doesn't work, and there should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub to prevent falls.

I had such a wonderful experience. The service was incredibly attentive and made me feel truly taken care of. Overall the hotel is pretty clean and at a good location, but the equipment need to get upgraded a bit. there is no USB port anywhere to charge my phone and the hotel doesn't have a charger. That was a bit inconvenient. Other than that it is a pretty good hotel.

The facilities aren't very well-maintained, you can tell it's an older hotel. The service was quite average compared to another hotel I stayed at.

The hotel's location is great, right next to a shopping mall, but it's incredibly noisy. There was a slight hiccup during check-in where I was initially assigned the wrong room type, but thankfully it was resolved. The most baffling part was when someone from housekeeping just walked into my room around 9 PM while I was sleeping. That was quite annoying.
