The hotel located between Rama 9 and Ratchada road where is center of Bangkok. Suvarnabhumi airport is not for from here , it just only 20 minutes from there. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The room was very quiet, no noise issues as some had mentioned online. Breakfast was good, and the gym was surprisingly (really) good for a hotel gym. The only downside is that you can easily run out of weights, for example, the heaviest dumbbells are only 50 lbs. I think the hotel has good bones. The aesthetic of the lobby and the exterior of the guest rooms are quite nice. However, it's definitely showing its age. I booked a Luxury Skyroom, but upon arrival at the front desk, I was downgraded to a Luxury Room without any explanation. The 14th floor, being a lower level, was incredibly noisy. The roar of motorcycles made it impossible to sleep, and the windows offered virtually no sound insulation.

An absolutely perfect experience! The hotel's design is top-notch, the breakfast was fantastic, and the bathroom experience was excellent – they provide a full set of toiletries with a subtle herbal scent. 9/10. Very good location. Everyone was super friendly and the hotel is very clean. This hotel didn’t get 10/10 because of the pillows …. We had 3 different rooms and the pillows were so bad. Each of us had two pillows and they are so old and flat. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The room felt a bit damp, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of luggage, and they even assisted us with booking a car.

Great spot - always friendly staff. One of the floors was a smoking allowed floor so if you do not like that make sure you make it aware. Food delivery to the room was fast and friendly

Room is spacious, comfortable and cosy. But the pillows are too soft. Location is ok, near Terminal 21 shopping mall. Walk from the hotel to the Mall or BTS station is about 8-10 minutes.

One of the best if not the best hotel in Sukhumvit 15 very safe and reliable lovely spacious rooms and the staff are all amazing from the receptionists to the security to the cleaners everyone was amazing enjoyed my 2 weeks, definitely coming back and would highly recommend

The stay was wonderful, with excellent connectivity to the Metro and Subway. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. We felt very relaxed. Boy hosted us most days, providing consistent helpful assistance—from planning our activities to ensuring we stayed on schedule. We will definitely return.
