The views from this hotel is just amazing ! I actually really enjoyed my stay here ☺️
The room was very clean. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was a breeze. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and would stay here again on my next visit. It's great, and having a 7-Eleven nearby makes it super convenient for buying things.
We changed rooms 3 times because they didn’t know which rooms were King suite and we ended up waiting at the lobby. And when finally everything was sorted we only got a thank you.
I really like the room, finally i found the room i want in this hotel around thailand for this price. Totally its all worth that u pay in here.
The hotel was good but really far from the centre and at least 16 to 20 minutes away from any major train or metro stop. Nice swimming pool and the gym was small but decent.
The hotel is so clean and modern. The hotel room have a lot of facilities such as hot water, Refrigerator, television , and air condition. The hotel located between Rama 9 and Ratchada road where is center of Bangkok. Suvarnabhumi airport is not for from here , it just only 20 minutes from there. I would recommend visitors to rest here when you arrive in Bangkok.

Better than expected! 👍 The lounge breakfast was delicious, and the guava juice was particularly good. The weather was great, and the pool also looked very picturesque, although it was a bit small.
Excellent. The location, breakfast, and executive lounge were all great. The staff were warm and efficient.
The hotel's decor is understated luxury, with a simple yet grand interior. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower with a separate wet and dry area. The air conditioning makes a slight noise, but it's acceptable as white noise. Overall, the room is very quiet, and since it's not facing the street, you can barely hear any outside sounds. The location is excellent...
It's still really good, consistently high quality; still really good, consistently high quality; still really good, consistently high quality.
I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The room was very quiet, no noise issues as some had mentioned online. Although the room wasn't huge, it was well-designed and had a subdued luxury feel. The service was excellent, with staff across all departments being very attentive. The public areas aren't large, but they have a great sense of style.
Its my 1st time staying and it is excellent experience

The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. It's conveniently located near Terminal 21 shopping mall and Benchakitti Park, which is great for morning runs as many people exercise there.
The room was cleaned on the second day, and the hygiene improved. The environment was just so-so, and the room facilities felt outdated and not 'smart' – very old school. Breakfast wasn't as good as the reviews suggested; for a five-star hotel, it was barely adequate. (I was hoping to try some local Bangkok food, but unfortunately, the noodles in the soup were undercooked, and the main dish, rice noodles...
This hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok, right next to Terminal 21, with direct access to the subway station via a skybridge, making getting around incredibly convenient. The area outside is bustling with tourists and traffic, and the night markets offer a fantastic array of food options. The hotel facilities are exquisite, and the breakfast is bountiful. I noticed a lot of Japanese tourists...
I stayed for 4 nights, and the hotel's location is excellent. There's a direct link to the BTS station and the mall across the street, plus a small night market nearby. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located downstairs. The room size and facilities were quite good and well-maintained. The bed was large, and most importantly, the service was fantastic. Every time I entered or exited, staff would proactively...
To begin with, the hotel is right in the heart of Sukhumvit, conveniently located near both BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. It’s just a short walk to Terminal 21 and Soi Cowboy for entertainment. There are also plenty of good food options and spas nearby, ranging from very affordable to high-end. The first thing I noticed was how attentive the staff were and the high level of service throughout my stay...
Before booking, I read reviews praising the excellent service, and now that I've stayed, I can confirm the service is indeed top-notch. From the concierge to the front desk and housekeeping, everyone was polite and enthusiastic. I've stayed at other Sheratons and Luxury Collection hotels, but their service can't compare to this one. The location is also incredibly convenient. From Suvarnabhumi Airport...

Old hotel with no bad odor, have a scent of vintage. Room very dark, quite, comfy bed. Best for sleep. Hotel Chinese restaurant 10/10. Breakfast quite avearage taste but have a lot of line options. A problem with shower, too hot, too cold no middle. On-off temperature. Bathtub not quite sure of how clean it is. Many tasty food around location.
Clean hotel with all the necessary amenities, good location, fair price and polite staff. Thank you!
For Bangkok, this hotel is decent. The only issue was a light I couldn't turn off; I spent almost an entire evening trying to find the switch, but to no avail.
This hotel was great location and great amenities for the price!
The hotel's location is quite good, and the service and environment are decent. However, the facilities are a bit outdated.
After about 3-4 days, the breakfast options keep rotating. So after a few days got bored of the same style and options everyday. But still had a decent amount of options to choose from

Hotel was clean but staff could’ve been more helpful. Are surrounding was quiet, had a few restaurants and a KFC nearby and a mall was within a fifteen minute walk which was really nice. Cleaner managed to break my charger somehow and when I complained nothing got done about it - after manager said he’d deal with it next again day once spoken to maid Pool area was kept nice and clean
Great choice overall (provided you are aware that location is far from ideal); Only few options to get to anywhere around the city are: taxi/car hailing (most optimal); local public transport (buses): good luck with that and or private car. Nothing really nearby other than 7-11. Other than that: very good value for money. It’s clean, spacious and has all the needed amenities. You would feel just...
In my opinion this hotel location wasnt convenient for the places I wanted to go. But its close to the airport. Breakfast menu needs a wider variety it was catered to Chinese visitors.

Breakfast was good, and the gym was surprisingly (really) good for a hotel gym. The only downside is that you can easily run out of weights, for example, the heaviest dumbbells are only 50 lbs. The lobby and exterior are stunning. The pool is quite large. The staff is polite. I can recommend this hotel.
I've stayed here several times in a row now. The hotel breakfast is incredibly extensive, and it's centrally located in Ratchada, surrounded by many Chinese restaurants. They offer Chinese-speaking service, which makes it especially suitable for Chinese guests. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the hotel lobby is grand and impressive! 👏👏👏
First of all, the hotel in general, despite being an “older” hotel, is well furnished and clean. The room is also very nice and spacious with great view from the room. Overall, nothing to complain about, would re-book this hotel for next trip!
Location is near mrt but slightly out of city center. It's some distance to Big C and Jodd Fairs. There are 2 7-11s nearby, but the one below the hotel closes at 10pm. We faced issues at check-in as there were some problems with the agent/supplier. The hotel staff was really nice but did not appear very well-informed to handle such a situation ie asking if we booked with the hotel when we have the...
The location is ok but nearby not much things to do. Nearest mall is around 15 min by foot and seem localised with super markets, home pro etc. Good for business people but not good for leisure traveler. Huai Kwang mrt exit 2 is a 3-5 min walk. However if raining, good game. Regarding the room, if possible, do a flush first to check if your toilet has choke. My toilet choke on my last night and...
We saved this hotel until last – slightly fancier than the other 3 in our time in Thailand – as a little final night trip, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing of the lot. The price, by global standards, might not be eye-watering. But by Thailand prices, it was certainly higher end, at over 800rmb per night with a ~450 (2000bht) deposit upon arrival. The hotel is quite unique. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the room itself was very clean and spacious. Do note that beverages in the room are chargeable. The hotel's location is super convenient, with a light rail station right downstairs, making transportation incredibly easy.
The rooms at W Bangkok felt smaller compared to those in China, but it offers great value for money. The room was still very clean and comfortable, especially the bed – it's the comfiest I've ever slept in, even more so than the W hotels in China.
Was nice enough for a staycation and the atmosphere is good for sure. Room was nice tho there are better hotels to stay at in Bangkok for a similar price range
Great hotel with great service and amenities. A special mention to the pool and also the associated spa which had the most sophisticated Jacuzzi, heated seats and also dry and wet sauna rooms. They’d also very kindly organised a special amenity for our special occasion. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone, also very convenient location with great public transport nearby.
Stayed at W Bangkok recently and had a mixed experience. The room itself was nice and comfortable, with a cozy bed and decent overall cleanliness. It’s still a pleasant space to relax after a long day out in the city. However, there are a few areas that really need improvement. The room fixtures feel quite dated and could definitely use an upgrade as soon as possible—it doesn’t quite match the premium...

Location very strategic close to nana station the room is comfort
All in all a maximum 3 star hotel. Stairs to sunbathing area requires refurbishing!!!

Everything was so good about this hotel. From the moment you checked in you feel so welcoming. From services to cleanliness to location, 5 Stars 👍🏻… Will definitely stay at Siam Kempinski again when I visit Bangkok. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Was a little disappointed when the one i book didnt have the bathtub. The swimming pool is also underwhelming. However the location is super good and the buffet / super friendly and helpful staff makes up for everything

Spacious room, well-equipped. Direct, level access via a bridge from the hotel elevator to the MRT. The infinity pool is lovely with shaded seating areas. Pleasant pool bar, good service. Good breakfast buffet with a wide selection. We loved the location; just one MRT stop away, you're on the Chao Phraya River with either express boats or tourist boats, which offer convenient access to many attractions
Good hotel with a great pool with views. The water could be a little bit warmer. The room was spacious and had an amazing view. Would definitely come back.
Fitness: The hotel's swimming pool is my absolute favorite. Surrounded by skyscrapers, it's shaded in the morning, perfect for lounging on a chair and enjoying the breeze – that's what a holiday should feel like. This hotel truly made my Bangkok trip so enjoyable. The gym facilities are also well-equipped and very clean, and they even provide bananas and apples, which is a really thoughtful touch....
We had a great stay at Eastin. The location is incredibly convenient — you can easily reach major shopping centers and top attractions. Another highlight was the pool area: it was never crowded, and we could always find available sun loungers, both in the morning and evening. The location is excellent, but the hotel rooms feel a bit dated. Overall, I'd still recommend it, especially if proximity to transport is a priority. However, if the surrounding environment is more important to you, you might want to consider other options.

The facilities are a bit old, but it's a well-established hotel known for its excellent service and quick response times, plus it's conveniently located. On our first day, while waiting for a taxi to go out, the concierge staff kindly gave my child a small teddy bear, which made my kid incredibly happy.

It was stunning and spacious, and it made our celebration feel even more special. A very special thank you...
Facilities: Overall pretty good, just too short a stay to experience everything. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Convenient for shopping and transportation, beautiful surroundings with lots of great food nearby. Service: The staff were very friendly. The snacks in the room weren't clearly labeled, so my colleague thought they all had to be paid for! 😝😝😝
The hotel's location is very convenient, and the breakfast is plentiful. Among the hotels in this area, the value for money is quite good. However, the room we were given faced the road, and even on a high floor, the soundproofing at night wasn't great, so it was a bit noisy.
Good location, close to shopping, staff service is good, but the small thing in the room should be fixed. One of the cabinet doors can't be opened, I think it's broken, it's closed with a screw. I advise.
Centrally located, making shopping and getting around very convenient. Although the hotel room is in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet at night, and the bed is very comfortable. The service is excellent too. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Five-star rating!

The pool wasn't crowded, and my child had a lot of fun. The only downside is that it's too close to the main road, so even at night, the sound of motorcycles is constant. If you're sensitive to noise, you might...

The room was okay and the view was beautiful, but I wasn't a big fan of the room's scent and it felt a bit damp. What really bothered me, though, was the service! The staff at this hotel have some serious discriminatory behavior! At check-in, the staff member said check-out time was 11 AM. I didn't think much of it at the time, just found it odd since all the other hotels I've stayed at have a 12 PM...
An absolutely perfect experience! The hotel's design is top-notch, the breakfast was fantastic, and the bathroom experience was excellent – they provide a full set of toiletries with a subtle herbal scent. The only downsides were the construction view outside the window and the slightly inconvenient public transportation access.
Third time staying here. Will definitely stay again in the future.
Fantastic staff and service. Pet friendly hotel. Free shuttle to Chitlom station available
Great respite in a busy city. Totally dog-friendly, which is why we chose it. Amazing breakfasts and service. Free parking.Lifts get quite busy during certain hours, so guests need a bit more patience.
I've been to Bangkok many times and stayed in quite a few hotels, and this one has to be the best value for money in the mid-to-high range. It's about a ten-minute walk from Erawan Shrine, but it's not right on the main road or next to the BTS, so it's not noisy – a real urban oasis. Plus, there's a small mall right next to the hotel with about a dozen restaurants that offer good service. The hotel...

9/10. Very good location. Everyone was super friendly and the hotel is very clean. This hotel didn’t get 10/10 because of the pillows …. We had 3 different rooms and the pillows were so bad. Each of us had two pillows and they are so old and flat. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
The room felt a bit damp, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of luggage, and they even assisted us with booking a car.
Great spot - always friendly staff. One of the floors was a smoking allowed floor so if you do not like that make sure you make it aware. Food delivery to the room was fast and friendly
Room is spacious, comfortable and cosy. But the pillows are too soft. Location is ok, near Terminal 21 shopping mall. Walk from the hotel to the Mall or BTS station is about 8-10 minutes.
One of the best if not the best hotel in Sukhumvit 15 very safe and reliable lovely spacious rooms and the staff are all amazing from the receptionists to the security to the cleaners everyone was amazing enjoyed my 2 weeks, definitely coming back and would highly recommend
The stay was wonderful, with excellent connectivity to the Metro and Subway. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. We felt very relaxed. Boy hosted us most days, providing consistent helpful assistance—from planning our activities to ensuring we stayed on schedule. We will definitely return.
