Old hotel with no bad odor, have a scent of vintage. Room very dark, quite, comfy bed. Hotel Chinese restaurant 10/10. Breakfast quite avearage taste but have a lot of line options

Great choice overall (provided you are aware that location is far from ideal); Only few options to get to anywhere around the city are: taxi/car hailing (most optimal); local public transport (buses): good luck with that and or private car

Cleaner managed to break my charger somehow and when I complained nothing got done about it - after manager said he’d deal with it next again day once spoken to maid Pool area was kept nice and clean

Nothing really nearby other than 7-11. Other than that: very good value for money. It’s clean, spacious and has all the needed amenities

Coffee is amazing and the thoughtfulness of the cleaning staff is superb! They give us free bottled water EVERYDAY! However, they cleaned our room without our permission but nothing was lost or stolen so kudos to their integrity

This hotel was prebooked for participants attending an international event at Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand. To me it looked like a high end place with a view of the King River

It definitely wasn't right downtown in the mix of bangkok. There was one other big downfall, and that was, if you wanted to go to bed early. Don't count on it because they always had a live band going on at the bar

Some rooms are a bit older, while others are newer. However, the hygiene is excellent, the air is very good with no strange odors, and the environment is pleasant. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is lavish

Breakfast was good, and the gym was surprisingly (really) good for a hotel gym. The only downside is that you can easily run out of weights, for example, the heaviest dumbbells are only 50 lbs

I've stayed here several times in a row now. The hotel breakfast is incredibly extensive, and it's centrally located in Ratchada, surrounded by many Chinese restaurants

They offer Chinese-speaking service, which makes it especially suitable for Chinese guests. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the hotel lobby is grand and impressive! 👏👏👏

The location is ok but nearby not much things to do. Nearest mall is around 15 min by foot and seem localised with super markets, home pro etc. Good for business people but not good for leisure traveler

The restaurant is definitely 5!(the hotel was not on the yacht, clean sea, a beach with thick spreading palmami. Excellent service and delicious food. Design and music in the place is very pleasant.

Traveling alone during the New Year, as a long-time W Hotels fan, I decided to try the W Bangkok this time. Overall, it was pretty good and lived up to the brand's vibe

The sand quality there isn't great, so if you're looking for good photos, it's better to take a boat to one of the nearby islands

If we had requests/issues and called staff came within minutes. Sometimes their English is not perfect, so misunderstandings may occur, but remember YOU are the guest in their country… The breakfast buffet was AMAZING

This hotel is practically connected to Terminal 21, the famous shopping mall in Pattaya. You can walk out of the hotel and be at the mall's Gate 1 in about 30 seconds, which is incredibly convenient

There's an outdoor observation deck on the 32nd floor offering a more panoramic view, and you can even see the Sanctuary of Truth. The housekeeping staff are also wonderful; they keep everything spotless

It's also very close to the popular Pattaya Sunset Rainbow Road, just a 5-minute walk away. That's also where you hit the Pattaya beach

The breakfast was excellent, and the pool facilities were great, especially for children. Highly recommended; I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Our first hotel in Bangkok, and the service was excellent. The staff even delivered takeout right to our room. The lobby is regularly maintained and looks beautiful. There's a Michelin-starred restaurant on the rooftop

However, service can be improved: (1) the staff at the breakfast area could have been more attentive, used plates all over the tables, (2) the kettle in the room kept leaking water (refer to photo), we called front desk and requested for another one on Feb 16, 10pm, the male attendant came and dismissed the problem, left our room within 5 min

Tourists travelling with luggage can consider taking the elevator at the opposite end of Exit 2 (instead of the stairs on Exit 2 itself which is closest to the hotel)

We were left with a leaking kettle (which is kinda dangerous). The towel we placed below the kettle is dripping wet at the end of each day due to the leakage

Kudos to the team for excellent Service Recovery! We would also like to give our appreciation to the front concierge team who arranges buggy and valet services, I'm bad with names so I can't recall their names, but I remember the two ladies are from Hatyai and Betong for their hospitality

Really close to the airport, a great choice for early morning flights. The restaurant food is excellent.

Overall I feel that the management team leads by example and it trickles down to the entire team at Pullman Phuket Arcadia. One of the best hospitality I've encountered

In front of the hotel, there's a beach on one side and a cliff on the other. The ocean here is completely different from Patong Beach; there are no islands blocking the view, so it's endless

We stayed at Avani+ Khao Lak for 2 nights. It was a memorable trip for us. The staffs are very helpful with good service mind. There are many activities to do in the hotel. The arcade room has quite a few games to play

I had a very pleasant stay at Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok during my business trip. I was upgraded to a high-floor room (32nd floor) with a beautiful river view, which was much appreciated

This was my second stay at Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok. The sunlight streaming into the lobby makes the whole space feel bright and welcoming. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient

It’s about an 8～10 minute walk to the Erawan Shrine, and around 15～18 minutes to CentralWorld. The hotel is right in the city centre you could say it’s in the heart of everything

That said, having previously stayed at the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel, I felt that the front desk service here was slightly less attentive and warm in comparison

There are plenty of office buildings nearby, and just across the street from the hotel you’ll find lots of local food stalls, which is very convenient

The Wi-Fi is very unreliable, constantly disconnecting and requiring repeated logins

My stay with crystal palace was rather disappointing. Even though the room was incredible and the facilities aswell, the staff was not accommodating, no smiles and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there

Overall, it's pretty good and quiet. There's a songthaew right outside the door, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the Lan Po seafood market, and they even offer free breakfast from 6-10 AM!
