There was ample hot water with a constant temperature, making for an excellent showering experience. Attention to detail was evident everywhere

For our trip to Thailand, we booked two super deluxe rooms, which allowed everyone in our group to have their own space and privacy. The swimming pool was excellent, and my daughter absolutely loved it

Overall, I had a good experience

the rooms are good too, with complimentary drinks and even cup noodles! but i think the soundproofing of the rooms could be improved on as the noises along the corridor could be heard quite clearly

location is good, with mrt really nearby. traffic in this area is also fine, not as jam

Chulalongkorn University is nearby, and across the street, there's a mall with plenty of dining options, as well as a subway station – though I didn't use it, preferring to walk or take ride-shares

Can't understand why requesting an additional card key needed a 200b deposit? Booked through ctrip and the rate was really good

This hotel was a stopover on our way to Koh Samui. It's conveniently located near Central Plaza, making dining and shopping very easy. It seems to be one of the larger hotels in the area.

Even though it's an old hotel, but it's still good and very convenient. Good water pressure, breakfast selections, convenient car park, and it's near lotus, central department store, home pro.

I do really like this hotel because of its facilities. I like how the rooms connected to each other and also the bathrooms i do really love it. And its affordable price. We will surely comeback

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the bus station, and the special airport shuttle is more convenient than a taxi. The staff are very friendly and helpful

My stay at Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya was pleasant overall. The service was very good the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sriracha and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free

The facilities were kept clean. This is the hotel closest to the minibus pickup and drop-off points from Bangkok and Pattaya. Two bottles of water were provided free of charge every day

Although I didn’t use them, there is a pool, a gym, and a sauna. I would like to stay here again

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We really like the location, the grounds, the incredibly friendly staff. There are several children's pools for the youngest guests. The room is a bit old, but clean

The beach directly at the hotel is not ideal for swimming, I recommend taking a taxi to Coconut beach - we did that twice and loved it. We also booked a day trip to Similan Islands which I highly recommend

Very pleasant stay overall with great surrounding and amenities. The water flow was a bit weak for the shower. Restaurant food might be better out of the hotel but it’s good enough during a rainy lazy day

Pools are various and the beach just in front easily accessible. Beach has some flies but we experienced similar at other more upscale hotels in the area as well

It took ages to get a hairdryer. I felt a bit discriminated against as a Chinese person. The environment was pretty good, but there weren't many activities

I highly recommend the deli cafe, I couldn't stop at just three cups a day! The only minor drawback was the service, which was a little slow, but I noticed there were only a few staff members who were clearly overwhelmed

However, all the service staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. There were two particularly nice ladies at the front desk who helped with every little detail. The hotel also arranged taxis very quickly

We chose this resort because it combines luxury with that authentically Thai down-to-earth vibe. If you prefer western, modern and sleek it’s not for you but we loved the fact that it was rustic and charming

We'll worth a visit for a special occasion meal. The hotel beach is stunning and one of the best and cleanest we've ever been to and would possibly return for this alone

We booked the panwa lodge for the bridal party accommodation and it was beautiful. Others stayed in the 2 bed villas and standard rooms and no one had a single complaint (or if they did they didn’t tell me)

Whilst there, we’d grab some good food and enjoy a bucket of cold beer or some cocktails in the Bamboo Beach Bar, where the lovely Sandy, Hazel and team looked after us with their great service and constant smiles

The food, drinks and views were absolutely amazing on the day. Big thank you to Aom, the venue coordinator, and her assistant for helping to make the day run so smoothly

Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and so accommodating. Cape Panwa will always hold a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to come back

Book a room preferably with ocean view you won't regret it. The breakfast buffet is very good. The only downside is that the rooms are located on cliff so you need to walk up and down on cliff to go anywhere

Excellent service! Almost every suite comes with a private pool, and they even prepared a turndown service for my birthday.

In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, both in the rooms and the public facilities. The calm atmosphere and attention to detail made the stay comfortable and enjoyable

The villa with the pool was itself very beautiful and nice. Everything was clean and ready to go well stocked up. The breakfast options were very good offering a wide variety for all eaters

Check in took an hour or more- the hotel is a maze with at least 3 lobbies - staff were friendly and the views were spectacular but that apart we were very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to stay here

Great location right on the beach. 4 great pools with plenty of sun beds. Reasonable prices at the bar and message. I think the only problem is noise in the uploading area next to building #1 side facing the sea

We had a room there (1302) and it was very noisy at night and morning , but the stuff changed us for another room straight away after our complaint

Stayed from 3 to 5 November 2025 Room type: Deluxe Pool Access Location: Island Escape by Burasari – Coconut Island We visited as part relaxation and part inspection trip since we run a travel agency, and honestly this resort exceeded our expectations

The Deluxe Pool Access villa was simply amazing. Two levels, direct access to the pool, strong air conditioning everywhere (6 AC units in total), large TV in the living room and another one in the bedroom

They had sent us an email before arrival offering online check-in, so we completed it in advance. When we arrived, the process took less than 10 minutes and our luggage was already delivered to the villa

Let me start by saying the hotel staff and service was so good. All the front desk workers were friendly and tried their best to be helpful. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom amenities are good

The breakfast was good and the location was excellent. It was a bit noisy, but still acceptable.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Pattaya. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good, with enough variety to start the day well

There is also a coin laundry room, both washer and dryer. The front desk will exchange bills into coins for you, if you need. Overall pretty good experience

The rooftop pool is small but nice, and there is a solid gym room too, but I didn't have any time to workout. The breakfast is solid, and there is an omelette bar at the outside patio area by the breakfast lounge

Once I got over that issue though, everything else was great. The location is right by popular party areas and an easy walk to the beach and Walking Street (not that you need to go there more than once)

The environment is great and the service is excellent. From the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, someone helped us with our luggage

There's really nothing bad to say, but if I had to nitpick, the breakfast selection was a bit limited and there wasn't a charging outlet next to the bed, which was a bit inconvenient

We arrived quite early, so we stored our bags first and went for a massage at the hotel's spa. When we returned, a dedicated staff member helped us with check-in one-on-one and then drove us in a buggy to our building

This hotel is nestled in the mountains, so while it's not the most convenient to get to, it offers a peaceful retreat. The staff are great, and the overall facilities are good

Hotel good, room decent size and clean. Floors in lobby and surrounds need cleaning. Table in Talay had dirty ashtray and rubbish for hours nobody came to clean. Food was average two nights it was cold

Also, there's a slight issue with the shower's temperature control; it's almost impossible to find a middle ground between scorching hot and freezing cold, so I ended up having to angle the showerhead as high as it would go

Situated in the mid of the city and close to the sky train. The staff are nice, friendly, and helpful. Lots of choices and healthy menus breakfast. The room is comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need.
