A nice hotel with a beautiful area and its own excellent beach. The breakfasts are good, with a choice of Asian and European cuisine, as well as fruits, greens, and pastries. There is a wide selection of juices

The only downside (and that is the reason my rating was less-than-excellent) is that this affordability attracts loads of buses loaded with tourists from various countries and that can create a kind-of-chaos (including noise)

We really enjoyed this property. We scored a pair of rooms facing the ocean at a great deal and that always makes a stay more rewarding. The staff was excellent at this property

There is a large parking lot, so it is very convenient if you come by your own car.Breakfast is very good.

Pool is good and the gym is well-equipped. Great sea views and sunsets, breakfast buffet very good. Decor is a little dated but the price is fantastic for what’s provided

The beds were a bit hard but the rooms were large. The resort is a little distance away from everything but that's a positive not a negative. There was so much room to get out and walk around

Very good hotel for families with kids. Great variety of pools and super diverse and rich kids club. Breakfast is good but not the best, same for the experienced in other hotels along the trip, probably Thai standards

Location is ok but not the best. It located at the end of the business road, and walking from hotel lobby to the road is few minutes due to hotel size

They could make small adjustments such as not putting all the kids plates and cutlery underneath the drinks station at breakfast creating quite a bit of congestion but obviously that’s just a small detail

We had a pool access room this time which was lovely. So nice to have a quieter swim in the afternoon after the mayhem and fun of the slides etc. This was our second visit and we had a great time

We have an enjoyable stay in The Sands. This is a kids friendly hotel, my son love the water park, pool, room. Environment very nice, breakfast have a lot of choice

Stand type motel room but kept very clean and tidy, staff were friendly and very helpful. Had an all you can eat breakfast included, which catered for all tastes. Overall had a relaxing time. Good value for the price

The hotel's location is good, within walking distance to Kata Beach, and there are many foreign residents around

The hotel breakfast is average; I've been to Phuket many times, and for this price range, this hotel's breakfast is the worst, though it's still edible. The hotel's environment and hygiene are good, very clean

Friendly staff with good facilities. Provides beach/pool towels for your use and conveniently located at Kata area. Don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste but you can buy them at the 7/11 nearby

A great hotel in every respect. There was nothing to complain about, I was completely satisfied. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The location is perfect as it is central but not too noisy

The hotel needs renovation, the rooms are outdated, the breakfast for Europeans has no choice and every day the same meal. Great location. Welcoming staff Great swimming pool, great view from the room

I reluctantly stayed in the wrong room for the first night and directly contacted the hotel front desk the next day to switch. The room facilities are good, and the hotel's surrounding amenities are comprehensive

The staff named Wee (not sure if I got the name right) was very kind and took good care of my baby. She was lovely and my baby enjoyed it so much

This was a nice hotel. A little off the Main Street so it is quiet.  The hotel provides a short ride to the Main Street (very convenient.). Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Would stay again.

It is marvellous that buggy service provided on request between lobby to main street. I can walk 10 minutes from main street to beach for surfing. Hotel have gentle and helpful staff. Hotel have lovely swimming pool

We will come back again! The only small issue was there was some sand in front of the door and on the table. Even after cleaning, it still appeared, and I’m not sure where it came from

We had reserved two connecting rooms, but we were pleasantly surprised and delighted to receive an upgrade to a spacious suite with three rooms and three bathrooms for our family

Wonderful hotel, location perfect, loads of choices of sunbeds, getting 2-3 towels and fresh water and icecream, nice nearby places to have wonderful food, staff extremely friendly, breakfast over the top (including everything one can possibly think of!)

Excellent services, good location and very clean I definitely will come back to this hotel when I visit Hua Hin again.

The breakfast was good, and serving until 11 AM is a huge plus for guests who don't want to wake up early. The restaurant's food was also great; it's a good option for dining in if you don't feel like going out to eat

The adult pool had good vegetation coverage, ensuring plenty of privacy. The circular children's pool was a highlight, with multiple play areas for kids

The hotel service was excellent. We stayed for three nights, and it happened to be my husband's birthday

The Chiang Mai Marriott is located outside the Old City, but the location is still quite good. It's about a 10-minute walk to Tha Phae Gate and Warorot Market, and about 15 minutes to Chiang Mai Gate

All the staff, from management down, provide excellent service, and many of them can speak basic Chinese. I would definitely choose to stay here again

The free weight area and the machines are in two separate spaces, and there's even a fantastic ab machine! It's a dream come true for fitness enthusiasts! They also provide free bananas for a quick carb boost

On our first day, while waiting for a taxi to go out, the concierge staff kindly gave my child a small teddy bear, which made my kid incredibly happy

Good location, close to shopping, staff service is good, but the small thing in the room should be fixed. One of the cabinet doors can't be opened, I think it's broken, it's closed with a screw. I advise.

You get a perfect score on all locations, services, and rooms. The employees here are well educated. Check-in and check-out are also very fast. I was surprised that there were service staff in the elevator hall as well

This is a top notch hotel with instant access to the pool rightbout your back door. Nice pool bar with happy hour prices. The beds here are so soft and comfortable. The shower is awesome and there is a large tub too

The breakfast offered healthy and nutritious foods and the seating was comfortable and plenty. Our only concern was the thickness of the wall between rooms. Our room had a connecting door to the next door

Lovely hotel with good layout for 2 adults and 2 kids in the room but room (family suite) smelt damp and we found glass medicine ampoules in the refrigerator which alarmed us but the front desk did not seem bothered by.

Stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. Special thanks to Ryan from the Reception who helped us find a room that was better suited to my toddlers requirements. This helped make our visit much easier & happier

The staff would literally run to serve you and made sure everything you wanted and needed was there for you. The pool area was beautiful and we swam and enjoyed happy hour almost every day

The rooms are large and comfortable, which is a big plus, and the swimming pool is genuinely excellent — one of the highlights of the stay. The hotel is also well located, with decent proximity to Patong areas

The only big negative was that the beds are hard. I didn't think to let the front desk know, and it wasn't until checkout when they asked how things were that I let them know how hard the bed was

Rooms were spacious and clean, with what you'd expect for the price. The pool was beautiful, though it is in the middle of the hotel and only gets a few short hours of direct sun a day

They told me they'd be happy to provide a mattress topper and were sad I hadn't asked earlier. So, if the bed is too hard fot you, there's a ready solution at the front desk

Newly open hotel in Jomtien, Pattaya for calm, quiet & out of central or south city zone. Spacious but not convenience if you stay in the first building near lobby. Lots of stairs. Good for seminar

The Renaissance hotel was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Thailand. The beach there is pristine and beautiful, easily surpassing Pattaya Beach. The sunsets were absolutely stunning

In terms of location, the hotel is about a 20–30 minute drive from Pattaya city, but that wasn’t an issue for us. In fact, we appreciated being away from the traffic and crowds, and the motorway made the trip convenient

They have a room to securely keep luggage (++++ For this) The breakfast had indian options (I think 2 items) but the taste was not Indian (Comparing them to the Indian food available at the Restaurant exactly opp to AIYARA GRAND

The Rooms were clean, but I feel it is high time the hotel should undergo renovation. The wooden flooring is chipping out and can be replaced or removed and replaced with Carpet

We checked-out before time as we had something planned, but the checkout time is mentioned at the reception, so do not delay else there is extra charge

Certainly cannot compare with taste in India). But I do not have much complaints, you can survive with lot of other options available in Breakfast

Big hotel with 3 building and good location

We stayed at this AIYARA GRAND for 2 nights and I would certainly say the rooms were clean, cleaning staff was prompt and daily cleaned our rooms

the environment and ambience were good, but one shortfall was that toiletries were not provided. It’s best to bring your own, except for shampoo and shower gel.

The rooms in this hotel are spacious, but the cleanliness inside the room isn't great. The towels felt really dirty and were quite grubby. The disposable toothbrushes were the shedding kind

If you stay for seven nights and don't tip, they won't clean your room. Calling them or hanging the 'do not disturb' sign doesn't work. As soon as you pull out some Thai baht, they'll clean it immediately

The view of the city is amazing, the fridge is well stocked with various beverages. The pool is great with hot tub. They're was a pool party the first time I stayed. I hope things will go back to normal
