Staff was cordiale and friendly as well Main attraction was the fantastic Kids Pool area - My Son & I had a great time by the pool, and the water slides that they have in offer and as good as some of the one's you see in water theme parks

Nice hotel, just a little bit old rooms, but it's not a problem. Great brekfast! Lots of swimming pools, kids will be happy. Very good location - close to Terminal 21, many restaraunts nearby, 1 minute from the sea

Having stayed at many hotels in North Pattaya, this is by far the most delicious breakfast we have ever experienced. On a minor note, the in-room TV’s Chromecast was a bit inconvenient, and the Wi-Fi was somewhat slow

Having native apps like Netflix and YouTube directly on the TV would have been a great addition. That said, we enjoyed our stay immensely. If we return to North Pattaya, we would choose Amari Pattaya 10/10 times!

Cleanliness was good, and the bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to rest after long days out in Bangkok. Facilities like the rooftop bar and pool were nice touches, though they can get a bit busy

The breakfast is rich and varied, and the window view offers a distant sight of the Chao Phraya River. The location is also excellent. I would choose to stay here again.

I stayed at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G and overall had a good experience. The hotel has a stylish, modern vibe with nice city views, especially from the higher floors

The 24-hour gym was a great perk—we actually went for a 2am workout to burn off some mookata! The pool was on the smaller side; with a few kids playing, it wasn’t ideal for a swim, but the overall vibe of the hotel was great

Nice location. Near the pixel building and walking distance to Silom train station. Near Patpong night market. Nice view from the room. A little bit hot in the afternoon due to sunlight but can cover with curtain.

The location in Silom is convenient, with easy access to BTS and plenty of food and nightlife nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated in some areas

The location and views are fantastic, and the guest service is excellent. However, I was quite disappointed with the behavior of some Chinese tourists

Facilities: The hotel is very new and all the facilities are excellent. Cleanliness: It's clean and I really love the scent. Housekeeping is very thorough every day

Convenient located a stone throw away from BTS Thonglor station. The concierge on duty during my check-out day was super attentive, he even brought up my stored luggage before I walked up to the concierge counter

Buffet breakfast at Kinki restaurant offers a wide range of food. Salmon steak served at breakfast was delicious. The Thai food at breakfast was somehow moderate. Room was clean and comfortable

Super comfy bed linens that made me Want to stay in bed all day! Had Great selection of variety during breakfast and 24hrs gym to workout any time. Would definitely stay here again!

And while the pool is great for photos, I wish some of the 'influencer' types wouldn't monopolize it for so long, it's honestly a bit cringey

Some parts of the hotel has been renovated. But they aircorn is too strong wind and cannot turn the temp higher than 25 degree celcius. You need to turn on TV volume very high

Modern hotel in the heart of Pattaya with great access to both Beach Road and Second Road. I stayed in a lower-floor room, and even with a night market nearby, there was no noise at all

The property has a swimming pool, and it's also conveniently located directly opposite a large shopping mall.

Hotel management was excellent because my room has some problems and they were quickly solved and upgraded me to a studio room which had wash machine at the Kitchenette, it was much convenient for me

Central Mall is just across the street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. If you’re looking for nightlife or entertainment, there are plenty of bars and venues just around the corner

It's about a 15-minute walk to the street with cafes, but the uphill walk back to the hotel isn't comfortable. Taxis won't take you for 100 baht; you have to offer 200 baht for them to agree

An older hotel with an excellent location, close to both Kata and Karon. However, the linens were subpar, and the water quality was terrible. I'd recommend bringing your own filter shower head.

Check-in was also an issue; they were slow. We arrived at 12 PM but only got into our room at 2:30 PM. And the room wasn't cheap; we paid 13,000 rubles per night. We stayed during peak season, January 2026

The breakfasts are repetitive; there's nothing 'wow. ' The fruit selection is poor, but they do offer European bread, which isn't common in other hotels

Soap is only available as liquid, and each person gets only two towels, which are worn out and not pure white. The mattress is saggy and soft

Water pressure is weak, making it hard to wash long hair, and no conditioner is provided. On top of all that, the hotel is located on a hill

Even one of the security guards has a good attitude and is always full of smiles even though he is standing at the outside most of the times and ensuring that the hotel driveway area is not congested

All the staff are nice and helpful. As our depart flight is in the evening. The staff offered us check out delay til 2pm and a private room for 🛁having a bath if we need. The welcome drinks, coffee n beverage are great

They provide a welcoming experience as they are always ready to offer help to the guests including cooking the noodles softer for elderly, helping with luggages, helping to keep a lookout for grab and airport pick up vehicle, helping with navigation around the hotel area, the hourly tuktuk shuttle service etc

The gym was well equipped and I really enjoyed my work out also with great views. There is plenty of storage space for a long term stay. There are also many food and shopping activities less than a 15 minute walk

Spacious and large grand hotel in an excellent location in north Pattaya. Plenty of parking and plenty of shops and restaurants outside the hotel. Just a 5min walk to terminal 21 Pattaya

Checkin very smooth and hassle free but they ask for room deposit fee of 2000 baht. Room was nice and bed comfortable

Excellent location… everything you need is right outside… The environment is relatively clean… You can casually stroll to Terminal 21. Overall, it's a very good hotel.

A hidden gem in Pattaya with great transport links! It's super close to Terminal 21, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere, plus a pool and a bar.

This hotel was a last-minute booking, so I didn’t expect much, but my first impression completely exceeded expectations. The hotel was extremely clean, and the view was lovely especially since we were on a high floor

Location is good as you can access Old Town Phuket as well as shop at shop lots nearby; for 7-Eleven you have to walk a little to reach there

We stayed 10 days in April 2025 Where do I start in my recommendation. Location - 10 to 12 min to terminal 21 mall and Asok BTS. The walk is interesting as you pass numerous cafes, restaurants

you can have breakfast in the little cafe. good selection of a la cart breakfast. but the other option is a disaster. very bad selection and nearly all constantly empty. but overall stay was very good

The location itself isn't ideal, and the soundproofing could be better; even on the top floor, we could clearly hear constant traffic noise throughout the day. Overall, it was a good stay with great value for money

Stayed here on a late night arrival. Would also be great for a layover. A bit tricky to find the overpass to get to the hotel, but eventually got it - just ask any airport staff. Very easy check-in once we arrived

Breakfast wasn't as good as the reviews suggested; for a five-star hotel, it was barely adequate

The location is also incredibly convenient. From Suvarnabhumi Airport, you can take the Airport Rail Link, then transfer to the BTS to Asok Station, and the hotel entrance is right there via the skywalk

The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. It's conveniently located near Terminal 21 shopping mall and Benchakitti Park, which is great for morning runs as many people exercise there.

What's even better is the pillow menu, which is a lifesaver for someone like me who's particular about pillows! Anyway, this is a hotel with excellent value for money, a prime location, and a great overall experience! Plus, there's a shaded outdoor pool!
